A free, house party for music lovers who actually want to move, even if it’s just a little two-step (no standing still!)🥰

Join us Saturday 27th June 2026 6-10pm🧡

Inspired by front room parties and community vibes from back in the day, this “house” party is about bringing the dance floor and real energy back to the ends. 

The space will be set-designed and curated to feel like a proper house party in the front room.

The event features an all-female DJ line-up serving global and fusion sounds that reflect London’s mix of cultures.

We will also have an open decks session for the first hour for any new DJ’s to give it a go!🧡

We’re excited to introduce our Lead Artist for Dance this term at Big Deal 👏🥰

Poppydene is a professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher based in London. She is a faculty member with the UK’s celebrated Hip Hop dance theatre company Boy Blue, where she has been teaching and performing since 2017.

Poppydene has represented the company at renowned venues including Sadler’s Wells Theatre and Barbican Centre, and has worked with artists such as Jesy Nelson, Anne-Marie, and Ella Henderson.

Alongside her work in the street dance scene, Poppydene is also an experienced commercial dancer who has performed with Little Mix, James Arthur, and Rudimental. She has also featured in campaigns for Nike, H&M, and Rimmel London.

We are delighted to have Poppydene on board and can’t wait for our young people to benefit from her skills, knowledge, creativity, and experience.

We’re delighted to introduce our lead artist for Drama this term at Big Deal 👏👏

Jason is a London-based actor who has appeared across stage, screen, and online productions in a wide range of roles, from powerful dramatic performances to comedic characters.

He is also an Associate Artist with Kestrel Theatre, a charity that works creatively within the criminal justice system, employing professional artists to inspire and engage through theatre.

His credits include Mood (BBC), Dreaming Whilst Black (A24), House of Spoils (Blumhouse), and he is currently filming the new BBC One drama Wild Cherry.

We are thrilled to have Jason on board and look forward to our young people benefiting from his experience, creativity, and insight throughout the term.
