Stretch yourself this May with the Rowallane garden yoga sessions.

Every Thursday this May our very own talented team will be leading yoga in the outer walled garden.

Relax and stretch out among the bird sounds of fragrant Spring walled garden.

The sessions are weather dependent and there is no indoor alternative so if the weather is poor, please call and check if it is going ahead.

The yoga sessions are free and matts are available for people to borrow, all you need is comfortable clothing.

The sessions are for all levels, but you do need to be able to sit down and get up off the ground.

Sun's out, Spades out!🌳

At Rowallane Garden last month, our gardeners teamed up with brilliant students from Greenmount to get a little ahead of whatever the skies have planned next. Together, they planted 1200 trees including; Scots pine, hazel, beech and hornbeam, each one a future part of a stronger shelter belt.

Because while we can’t control the storms, we can make sure the garden is ready to stand up to them.

It’s muddy boots, sore backs, and a lot of teamwork now… for a greener, more resilient landscape later.

Not all heroes wear capes. Some carry spades.
