I am a postgraduate student at Ulster University studying Business Development and Innovation. This survey is about how people living in small towns, villages and semi-rural areas buy everyday items; where you shop, how far you travel, and how you get on with the technology involved in shopping today. There are no right or wrong answers and the survey is not selling anything. It takes about nine minutes. Your answers are anonymous and will be reported only in grouped form. You may stop at any point, and you may ask for your responses to be withdrawn up to August 10th This study has been approved through the Ulster University research ethics process for research involving human participants.

45 minute light armchair exercise class followed by 1 hour socialising with an information talk on support available in your area. Various dates/locations.
