IT'S TIME!!!!!!

75 Years Ago the Talyllyn Railway was opened as the worlds first preserved railway. We are helping them celibrate this landmark occation by hosting our own stall at Tywyn Wharf throughout the weekend.

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR - Talyllyn Railway 75th Anniversary Gala!!

Due to circumstances, our stall has been moved from Abergynolwyn Field to Tywyn Wharf.

We will be located in the "Plant Shed" accross the yard from the main station & will be located there for the whole gala.

Opening Times will be between 9am and 5pm on all Gala Days

Hope you come to see us and this beautiful 'Railway With A Heart Of Gold'

Following on from last month's post,
We are excited to announce our second event of 2026.

We will be hosting a stall at the Llangollen Garden Railway Festival on the 6th of June 2026.

The event will be held at the Llangollen Pavillion more details on our placement in the show will follow soon.

We are honoured to be attending this show and hope to see you there!

From Funny To Fantastic!

We hope you all enjoyed our April Fools post as we had some fun makeing it.

On a more amazing note, we have been shown a picture of a brilliantly painted 009 Wren by Ian Arkley. This model is a fantastic example of what you can do with our little wrens.

If you would like one of your own they will be avaliable at our shows throughout the year.

The Wren Project are proud to announce our 'official' livery for "Dryw Bach" upon its completion.

We are proud to announce we will be painting "Dryw Bach" into

BRITISH RAILWAYS UNLINED BLACK!!

We have had some progress on the project over the last month and we are currently formatting this for public viewing.
