Allan Gemmell MP paid a visit to our club today in support of our effort to raise funds for two of our Visually Impaired bowlers who have been selected to represent Scotland at the Visually Impaired competition in New Zealand in 2027.

⭐️Club of the week⭐️

This week we are focusing on Prestwick Howie Bowljng Club📣

The club has been part of the community since 1935 and have provided opportunities for bowlers ever since. They cater for junior bowlers to adult and as a sport creates inter generational opportunities and the club has a strong social aspect too for the community.

They also have a strong section within the club for visually impaired bowlers. Supporting them to participate in the sport and give a platform into competition.

The club has coaching sessions on a Wednesday afternoon 4-5 for children and 6-7 for adults. Anyone wishing to attend should email the club. Coaching is free for children and members £2 for non-members.
