Come along this Sunday at 9:30am in Newton Park and soak up the benefits of moving in nature while starting your Sunday with a wonderful community. 🥰

🧘‍♀️ You don’t need fancy yoga clothes
🧘🏽 You don’t need any experience

Just bring yourself, a mat or towel, and a willingness to spend an hour outdoors moving (or resting whenever you need to), breathing slowly, and relaxing.
