Spending time surrounded by nature has been proven to improve our wellbeing. It helps us to regulate our nervous system, and improves mood, sleep, concentration and focus.

If you're looking to spend some time focusing on your wellbeing and mental health, why not try our Woodland Workshop this June? We're teaming up with In the Out CIC to bring you a unique mindfulness and meditation experience in the setting of our natural heritage park.

Our popular nature activities are back for the half term Easter holidays.
'Kids In the Out'

Get your kids away from the screens and out into nature this half-term. We'll be back at Lilford Park, Leigh on 4 different dates offering nature connection and craft activities in the woods.

Being in nature has been proven to improve our wellbeing and helps to regulate our nervous system. It improves mood, normal sleep and increases our concentration and focus!

Who is it for?
Children aged 5-10
