Wishing Dylan all the best for his future at college! 🎓👮‍♂️

Our Gentle Exercise Class would like to wish Dylan lots of luck as he starts the next chapter of his journey!💙

Dylan has been volunteering at our Wednesday class, gaining valuable experience within the community as he works towards his goal of joining the police in the very near future. 👮‍♂️

He’s now heading off to college to study Police Studies, but thankfully, he isn’t going too far! 😊

We’re delighted that Dylan will still be volunteering with us at our Table Tennis Class, so we won’t have to say goodbye just yet! 🏓❤️

We’re so proud of you, Dylan, and we wish you every success with your studies and your future career. ⭐️

The Changing Room 💙

We’re delighted to be part of The Changing Room again with Rachel co facilitating this fantastic 12-week programme, alongside SAMH, Arbroath Community Sports Hub and Arbroath Rugby Club.

We looking forward to getting started next month and creating a safe, supportive space for men across Angus to talk about mental health, connect and improve their wellbeing. 🙌
