A fabulous evening on 3rd March with our speaker Gillian Lloyd who told us all about her travels to photograph polar bears. She wove an amazing story of the environment and the background of these amazing creatures and left us all stunned with a final gallery of photographs and a story of one mother bear and her cubs.

Just a reminder for our meeting next week, Tuesday 3rd March. Our speaker is Gillian Lloyd, a wildlife photographer. Her topic will be 'Walking with Polar Bears'. Come along and be amazed by her adventures.

Another great evening on Tuesday. Thanks everyone for coming out in the rain. Our first AGM went well and it was interesting to remember exactly how much we have done as a group since April last year. Congratulations to Maxine, our Bursary Prize winner, who tells me she is hoping to find a creative course. Anyone recognise the art work below???? Our Angel Drive certainly brought out the artists in you all. The Silent Auction raised £46 - a huge thank you to everyone who contributed.

What a great way to end the year. A lovely evening; 'The 3 Growbags' started us off with their tales of sisterly gardening. They also brought lots of tempting goodies with them. Gerri had some amazing raffle prizes and thanks to everyone we raised £80. Rosie's Pass the Parcel game was a great success. Thanks to our amazing Comittee members for pulling all the decorations and refreshments together. And we also wished one of our members, Sylvia, an early 90th happy birthday.

Morning everyone!
Angmering Angels needs your help - we need a new Secretary for the group. You can either take this role on by yourself, or share it with Jennine who has been working as the Co-Secretary. It's a chance to get more involved with the Angels, and join the Committee. The Committee meets once a month and is a very friendly and supportive group.
If you think you are interested, let us know at the meeting.
Meanwhile, enjoy the sunshine and I look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday.
