Katherine went to the quarterly Army Non-UK Working Group at Army HQ last week. It's an opportunity for different branches of the Army and relevant networks to get together and discuss issues affecting non-UK serving personnel, to improve processes for soldiers and their families.

The meeting focused on recruitment and transition. Katherine is pictured with Al Boon, Regional Command non-UK caseworker and Jeff Rolland, non-UK policy owner in Policy Branch.

Soldiers have strong trust in their line managers, but lower confidence in senior leadership.
