In Afghanistan, girls are banned from attending school beyond the age of 12.
This ban has cut off access to secondary education, leaving many girls without the chance to continue learning. It has created huge challenges and taken away opportunities that every child deserves.
At one secret school, Frontline Children funded a solar inverter. It kept the electricity on, the computers running, and gave girls a way to keep studying online despite the restrictions.
One small step, one school — but for these girls, it means hope, connection, and the chance to learn.
