The Festival Programme is done!
It’s heading to the printer in a few days. What an incredible mix of Workshops, Events, Concerts, Talks and Drop-Ins! Keep the week free…you and your families will be entertained, excited informed and most important of all – taking part. We’ll publish the programme on the website soon and it will be dropping through Alrewas letterboxes at the end of June. There’s booking information in the programme, and we’ll add it to the website too.

Teasers.
I’ll be posting some little insights into some of the 100 + items we have planned for you, over the next month or so. Some popular repeats and some new! We’ve 60% of items that are suitable for under 18’s and even a couple of workshops run by a pre-teen (she’s practiced on her grandma apparently!).
Fancy helping us post our fabulous programmes through village letter boxes? This would be super helpful! We anticipate this to take place between 24th and 26th June. Please reply here if you have an hour spare to help with this. Thank you so much…in anticipation!

Lantern Making Session
Willow lanterns are so lovely, aren’t they? Adults and kids alike can come to create some willow fish lanterns. You’ll need to take them home to dry, then bring them along to the Finale to join the Fishy procession. I’ll be in touch should we need another creative session if this one fills. Sunday 12th July. 2 till 5. , Contact me to book please.

Stop press for Sunday Drop-In on 14th June. Alrewas methodist Hall from 2 till 4pm. Matt will be working on his huge and beautiful Swan. He’s making feathers out of plastic bottles – come and help! No booking needed – just come along. Refreshments on tap.

'Whats this Poetry evening?!' I hear you cry.

Picture the scene....classy lighting, soft music, sitting cabaret style at candle lit tables, beverage of your choice in hand and munching on your cheesy small plate.

It's an hour or so of relaxed entertainment featuring poems, fun mini stand-up pieces and other nonsense by people you know and love (including you if you fancy!).

There's be some Spike Milligan, AA Milne, and a Vandalised Velocipede for starters!
