Cerebral Palsy Sport Supporting people with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities to access and enjoy sport

Sporting activities offer fantastic health benefits to people with disabilities but it is the social advantages that are perhaps the most important to our members. Through their activities with CP Sport, our members grow in confidence and build life-long friendships as they compete and socialise with others who share the same difficulties as themselves in an environment where they are no longer made to feel different from their peers.

I’m excited to be joining the Young Ambassadors Programme as the Regional Project Officer for the South. I’m based in Devon.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the pitch. I’m a big fan of hockey and cricket and I love trying out new sports whenever I get the chance!

I studied Physiotherapy at Cardiff University and recently returned from an incredible trip travelling around South Asia, which definitely sparked my love for new experiences and meeting new people.

I’m passionate about using sport to support young people helping them build confidence, develop leadership skills and open up new opportunities.

I’m excited to be joining the Young Ambassadors Programme as the Regional Project Officer for the North!

I’m passionate about young people leading their sport and ensuring all young people are heard and supported to make a difference. I’ve worked in youth development for nearly 7 years, and I’m looking forward to meeting and supporting so many incredible young people across the North.

My main sport has always been football which I’ve played and coached from a young age, but I enjoy all sports and activities where fun and creativity can thrive.

Away from work I enjoy reading sci fi books and gardening and spending time with my young family.

Welcome to the team our new Midlands/Anglia Regional Programme Officer Emily Moore.

I am incredibly excited to be joining CP Sport as the Regional Project Officer for the Midlands and Anglia region.

Sport has always been a huge part of my life. From competing as a heptathlete in athletics to swimming and gymnastics, I love being active, trying new activities, and encouraging others to discover the enjoyment and confidence that sport can bring.

Outside of work, I am a huge animal lover and proud owner of a very energetic Cockerdor called Mason, who certainly keeps me on my toes!
Throughout my career, I have worked with children, young people and adults across the country in a variety of sports and educational roles.
