On 22 September the Guides celebrated Mabon and the Autumn Equinox. 🍁🍂🌾🍄 We made an altar to give thanks for the harvest with seeds and fruits, created a ceremony to think about the things we wanted to keep and things we wanted to let go, and made headbands from natural materials. The Guides also brought in donations for the local food bank. 😀🥫🫙

What a week of adventure we’ve had in Adelboden, Switzerland! Kayaking, ziplining, swimming walking and experiencing Swiss culture at first hand! It’s been an incredible experience for us all and we’ve loved meeting new friends from different parts of the UK. A big shout out to the Girlguiding Herefordshire ICE trip from Girlguiding Midlands and the Girlguiding NEE International Interrailing group. Just our homeward travel left now - see you all soon 🇨🇭🧀🛶🏔️🚞
