Due to changes in circumstances regarding venue and mentor availability, we have had to consider a restructure and realignment. With this in mind, we will be merging our Fleet and Farnborough venues.

There will be no further sessions at Fleet Town Football Club or Farnborough Football Club after Monday 18th May.

We will relaunch the merged group on Tuesday 2nd June at:

Time: 19:00–21:00
The group will then run every Tuesday thereafter.

This move marks an exciting new chapter for Silent Storms as we continue our commitment to wellbeing, mindfulness, connection, and community.

We strongly believe that environment plays a vital role in healing, reflection, and personal growth. Love Your Studio offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere that perfectly aligns with our vision.

As awareness around mental health and emotional wellbeing continues to grow, we remain dedicated to creating supportive and inclusive spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves and others.

They bring a kind of light you didn’t even realize you were missing. Their presence feels like peace, like understanding, like home. And before you know it, you can’t quite remember what life felt like without them in it.

Hold onto those people. Appreciate them. Tell them what they mean to you while you can.

.studio + had a great decompression this evening, sharing our time and checking in together. We then had a relaxing light yoga session with 'Love Your Studio' Owner Marcio who offers public classes. Tha k you to all involved in fostering a community that champions mental wellbeing! 🙏🏻

Some illnesses wear a mask.

Not every struggle is visible. Not every battle leaves scars you can see. Some people smile, laugh, show up every day and still fight silent wars inside.

So be kind. Be patient. Check in on people, even the ones who seem “fine.”

And if you’re the one behind the mask know this: you don’t have to hide forever. You deserve support, understanding, and a space where you can be real.
