🎀 What an incredible moment for our community and the charity Against Breast Cancer!

Huge thanks to BBC Radio Oxford (BBC Oxfordshire) for having two of the PAP Action Group members on air today to share the heart and purpose behind Paint Abingdon Pink, happening in Abingdon Market Square on 4 July 2026, starting at 10am.

🎀 And a special shout‑out to our very own Valerie Harrison, who bravely shared her personal Breast Cancer story live on air. Her honesty, strength, and determination remind us exactly why this event matters so deeply. Val’s journey, like so many others in our community, fuels our commitment to awareness, support, and life‑changing research.

This isn’t just an event, it’s a movement. Every act, from joining in the fun activities to sharing personal stories, helps raise awareness, strengthens support for those affected, and drives vital research into prevention, early detection, and better survival outcomes.
