We Too SC045895 We Too! is a free quarterly magazine for families of children with additional support needs which is distributed throughout Aberdeen City and Shire .

is a multi award winning organisation leading the way for sensory adapted "Relaxed Sessions" in NE Scotland ensuring that families with disabilities can access events and sessions in the community - regardless! also hosts many "Relaxed Sessions" in the area allowing full inclusive participation in activities that may ordinarily be difficult to access.

Okay so at the moment it’s mostly…a floor with a room (The Bunker, thanks for asking) within it

But WE can see it as a space for Gaming for Anime for Creativity for Youth sessions for Young people hanging out and Snacks.......Definitely snacks.

And probably several heated discussions about the Wi-Fi.

There’s something brilliant about standing in an empty room knowing it’s about to be filled with memories that haven’t even happened yet.

Declan’s Den is ready.

Well…....Almost.😂

Our new boardroom has a table, chairs, a monitor......

And one MASSIVE white wall currently screaming:
“NINJA-FY ME!”
Don’t worry.
Intro Creative Group are coming. 👀
This is going to be our place to:
Think. Challenge. Change. 🤓

Plot.

Drink coffee.

10:15am - 12:15pm 💚

Join us for a relaxed and welcoming “Ninja Natter” at Catalyst Vineyard Church on Laurencekirk High Street.

It’s a chance to connect with fellow parents and carers, swap stories, and share tips, unwind after the holidays with a cuppy and some friendly faces, holidays can be tricky for some, know youre not alone 💚

☕ Whether you're child is navigating pre school, school transitions, sensory needs, or you just need that breather in a safe confidential space, You are always very welcome, as are children not in school or if you would like to take someone with you for extra support they are welcome too.

We’re here to support, signpost, uplift and learn from each other no pressure and no judgement 💚

This is a drop-in session, so just come along whenever you can — we’d love to see you.

💚 CAN’T MAKE IT? PLEASE RELEASE YOUR TICKETS 💚

Plans change. Kids get poorly. Life happens. We completely understand...........

But if you can no longer attend a We Too! event, you can release your TicketSource tickets yourself so another family has the chance to use them.

Here’s how:
👉 Open your original TicketSource confirmation email
👉 Click the My Bookings link
👉 Choose the booking you need to change
👉 Cancel the whole booking, or just the individual tickets you no longer need

TicketSource may use the word “refund” during the process - even if your tickets were FREE. Don’t worry, that’s the right place!

Please use this option instead of emailing us to cancel, especially close to the event. Our Ninjas are often already onsite setting up or delivering the session by that point, so there’s a chance we may not see your message in time.

Cancelling through TicketSource releases the space immediately, giving another family the chance to book it. 💚

This is particularly important for our free and heavily subscribed events, where we can often have families waiting and hoping a space becomes available.

So if you know you can’t make it, please don’t just leave the tickets sitting there — release them and make another family’s day! Hooray! 🙌

Carrie has put SO much thought into the vinyl signage going around our new home. 😎
Not just where a sign goes.
How the building feels.
How people move through it.
What makes sense.
What feels welcoming.

And, obviously, how we make the whole place unmistakably WE TOO! 🙌

Probably the BIGGEST clue about where We Too! has moved…
PIKACHU HAS ARRIVED.
There were boxes everywhere.
Furniture still needed built.
Approximately 683 jobs still needed done.
So naturally…
getting Pikachu into the window became an operational priority.😂😂😂

And we regret NOTHING.

We LOVE seeing people on Union Street spot him, point, take photos and smile.
That big yellow face is already bringing a little bit of Ninja joy to Union Street.

NOT ALL HEROES WEAR CAPES…

Some of them apparently carry enormous boardroom tables up stairs. 😂

A HUGE Ninja thank you to RG Property Services, who absolutely saved the day for us with this one.
We’d managed to get this brilliant boardroom table from Somebody Cares for our new home…

One slight issue.
It needed collected.
And then there was the tiny matter of getting it UPSTAIRS into The Dojo. 😬

Enter these two heroes…….

Not only did RG Property Services collect it for us, they got the whole thing upstairs AND assembled it too. 🙌

And looking at these photos, we are extremely glad we didn’t attempt the whole “ach, we’ll manage it ourselves” approach. 😂

Our new home is coming together because of so many people simply saying:
“Yep, we can help with that.”

You know you’re properly moving house when you become VERY excited about clean windows.
(well they haven't been washed for a long time!)

A huge Ninja thank you to Scotclear Window Cleaning, who very kindly donated our first window clean at 170–172 Union Street. And there are quite a few of them! 🙈

We want our new home to feel bright, clean and welcoming from the minute our customers walk through the doors. So this was such a lovely gift. It means the windows are all ready for our signage to go up.

Thank you Scotclear for helping us get Ninja HQ all shiny for Opening Day. ✨💙
It’s amazing how many local businesses have simply said:
“We can help with that.”

And we don’t take a single one for granted - if your company can help with joinery skills we would particularly like to hear from you with some help creating some safety gates within our space?
