At TKA, we’ve always said it’s about much more than football.
Whatever you’re going through, please remember that help and support is available to everyone. You don’t need to wait until things reach breaking point, and you certainly don’t need to face things on your own.
This Wednesday, from 10am–2pm, we’ll be at the Music Hall in Aberdeen, joining another 59 charities and organisations all there to offer support, advice and information.
The event is completely free and open to everyone.
Come along and say hello to us at the TKA stand, have a chat, or simply have a wander around and see the huge range of support that’s available in one room.
Sometimes that first conversation is the hardest one, whether it’s with a mate, a family member, someone at TKA, or one of the many organisations there specifically to help.
You don’t need to know exactly what support you need before you walk through the door. Just come along, have a look and see what’s available.
