Are you from a South Asian background and living with type 2 diabetes, or caring for someone who is?

We are running a study to understand what matters most to you about living with type 2 diabetes and to help improve future research.

It will involve two group discussion sessions, known as World Café sessions, with each lasting up to 3 hours. You will be compensated for your time.

Hi everyone,

We have some important news about GREC's Language Café.
We had hoped to reopen the GREC Language Café & Inclusion Hub as planned after the usual summer break. Unfortunately, we need to delay the reopening while we await the outcome of new funding applications to ensure we can continue delivering the project.

Funding for the third sector and community projects has become increasingly challenging and competitive. We are actively applying for funding and exploring every opportunity to reopen the Language Café sustainably and as soon as possible.
We know this is disappointing. We are incredibly grateful for the time, energy, and commitment you have given as volunteers to the Language Café & Inclusion Hub. Your support has helped create a welcoming community that has made a real difference to many people, and we hope you will continue to be part of it when we can reopen.

GREC continues to work with local communities through our other services and projects. You can find out more on our website at grec.co.uk.
