Sincere apologies for the delay but we now have the beautiful January offerings The Quartz Room we have some new trial offerings this month with Reiki sessions with Seaglass Creations and Yoga sessions with Hayley….also Bev can offer her Duopidy reflexology on a Thursday alongside our fantastic other wonderful healers…..

We also have a visiting renowned Medium Samantha Scott visiting us on 31st January to carry out a mediumship development workshop in the day and a Mediumdhip demonstration in the evening, here are the booking details for both of these

Investing in Yourself

January has a habit of pulling us in every direction at once.
This workshop is about stopping for a moment and putting some of that energy back into you.

We’ll explore what it really means to invest in yourself
not in a flashy way,
not in a perfection-seeking way,
but in a grounded, human, everyday way.

This is a welcoming space to:
• slow your thoughts
• reconnect with yourself
• reflect on where your time and energy are going
• take away simple tools you can use straight away

No experience needed.
No pressure to share.
Just come as you are.
