This morning they supported our last Pantry and had first hand experience of the impact we have with our food iniative at Penderyn Village Pantry

Community Centre run by our Community for our Community

A busy community centre located in the rural village of Penderyn. The centre is run by a small group of volunteers who have a passion to rejuvenate ‘Community Spirit’.

We offer a host of services at the centre from Child Care, Youth Provision, Neighbourhood Watch Services, WI, Coffee Mornings, Yoga, the list is endless.

We not only manage the centre but manage two other projects on behalf of the community. We maintain the Woodlands known as Yr Eithin which is situated just behind the Community Centre. If you enjoy a wooden walk in the tranquillity of the BBNP this is a great site to visit. Volunteers are working tirelessly to rejuvenate this area back to its former glory after years of neglect. We also manage The Glebe located at the top of Church Road where currently we host a popular traditional BonFire & Fire work evening for the community and our neighbours.

We have a great sense of pride in our strong team of volunteers who come from all wards of life. If you have a few hours a month that you’d like to share with an amazing group of people who love where they live, join us and make that difference to your community. We have no limitations, everyone is welcome no matter what you age,capabilities or skills.
