Many thanks to The Good Things Foundation who provided Cynon Taf Community Housing Group with a grant that has enabled us to purchase brand new computer equipment for our Sheltered Schemes for ages 55+.

This will help our residents to increase their online skills and have access to online services!

Come along to learn how to JUNK JOURNAL, its a great way to boost your Mental Health

"Journalling is a process which can be used not only for recording and processing our thoughts and emotions but also to record positive quotes/thoughts which can be referred back to during times when we are struggling. It is a great way of keeping track of your mental health. A Junk Journal is made from a wide variety of scrap materials/media and can be personalised to suit. Different types of journalling include: - written diary, poetry/song lyrics, quotes, bullet journalling and creative journalling. Artistic talent not essential, you can create some stunning journal pages with just a few materials and a little know how."

We have a brand new FREE activity for Cynon Taf Community Housing Group tenants in Cwmaman and the surrounding area. All funded by the lovely folk at Good Things Foundation.

Don't worry if you are not in the area, we will be in Rhydfelin from 16th October, Aberaman from 14th November and Ynysybwl from 22nd November.
