✨ Coaching as a Skill for Youth Empowerment (COA-SK-YEM) ✨

From 15–24 July 2025, youth workers from nine European countries met in Greece to explore how coaching methodologies can empower and inspire young people.

UnityEcho was proud to contribute to this Erasmus+ Professional Development Activity, supporting the exchange of innovative tools and practices to enhance the quality of youth work. Participants developed skills in goal-setting, active listening, resilience building, and self-reflection, and are now applying these methods in their local communities.

🌍 Follow-up activities have since been implemented across Europe, including in Ukraine, creating sustainable impact through collaboration with schools, NGOs, and youth groups.

This project was co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union under Key Action 153: Professional Development of Youth Workers.

Alors découvre ce qu’on a vécu à Chypre avec “Theatre of Legends”, un échange Erasmus+ pas comme les autres. 🌍🔥

💬 Pendant 7 jours, des jeunes de 🇫🇷 🇺🇦 🇧🇪 🇲🇩 🇮🇪 🇨🇾 ont transformé leurs histoires, leurs colères, leurs espoirs… en performances puissantes dans les rues de Larnaka et les parcs secrets de Pervolia. 🏛️✨

On a ri, pleuré, transpiré, joué, improvisé… et surtout, on a osé. Oser parler de guerre, d’injustice, de solitude, mais aussi de rêve, d’amour et de paix.
