Beloved ones,

A slaughterhouse is not a crop farm.

Plant consciousness expresses itself very differently from animal consciousness. A cow, pig, lamb, chicken, or fish experiences its existence through senses, a nervous system, instinct, relationships, attachment, fear, comfort, pain, and the impulse to preserve its own life. To place the harvesting of plants and the killing of animals in the same category simply because both are alive erases profound differences between forms of consciousness.

Humanity already understands these differences intuitively.

You understand the difference between picking an apple and cutting the throat of an animal. Your body understands it. Your heart understands it.

Many arguments surrounding meat are created after the desire to eat it has already appeared.

For many people, the deepest reason is beautifully simple: they enjoy the taste, they grew up with it, their bodies became accustomed to it, and changing a deeply established habit requires commitment.
Say this clearly.
Clarity creates far more transformation than elaborate justification.

Human beings have lived within strong vegetarian traditions for thousands of years. India offers one of the clearest examples, with vast populations and spiritual traditions sustaining vegetarian diets across generations. Protein exists throughout the plant kingdom, and a well-planned plant-based diet can provide the protein the human body requires.

And your choices reach far beyond your own body.

Livestock agriculture uses enormous quantities of land and contributes substantially to greenhouse-gas emissions, while cattle produce methane, a particularly powerful greenhouse gas. Forests and natural habitats are also converted for grazing and animal-feed production.

The Earth carries the consequences of human appetite.

From our perspective, deliberately harming animals for sensory pleasure creates one of the heaviest karmic imprints a human being can place into their field.

Karma is simple.
Every action teaches consciousness what kind of world it is choosing to create.

When suffering becomes normalized because the result tastes pleasurable, consciousness gradually learns to separate pleasure from compassion.

From the perspective of civilizations whose consciousness includes animals within the circle of beings worthy of protection, your slaughterhouses appear deeply shocking. Imagine entering a civilization where stronger beings breed humans, separate families, confine bodies, kill them, package their flesh, and discuss recipes for making that flesh more enjoyable.

You would call it cannibalism. You would call it horror.

They look upon your relationship with animals through a very similar lens.

The evolution of consciousness continually expands the circle of those whom you recognize as worthy of care.

Animals stand within that circle as well

So look directly at your choices.

Call appetite appetite. Call habit habit. Call killing killing.

And then choose consciously what kind of civilization you wish to build.

The future Earth begins through ordinary acts repeated every day, and few acts are repeated as faithfully as eating.

"When Rudra Granthi is pierced, the Kundalini has to rise with full force to Sahasrara, allowing the top part of the Sushumna channel that connects the middle of the brain to the Crown to widen and transmit enough energy to open Sahasrara's Petals. Sahasrara's flower head is closed in unawakened people; when Kundalini rises, it begins to open in the same fashion as watching a time-lapse of a flower in bloom. Each petal opens to receive the Light coming in from the Soul Star and Stellar Gateway Chakras above. If some of Sahasrara's Petals remain closed, the Crown will not be fully activated, resulting in blockages accumulating in the head area over time. Once the Kundalini rises from Muladhara, it seeks to leave out of the body through the Crown, resulting in Sahasrara's Petals unfolding like a flower, ready to receive the Light. Sahasrara is named the "Thousand Petalled Lotus" because there are theoretically a thousand Petals, each connected with countless minor Nadis or energy channels that carry Pranic energy from different areas of the Body of Light that terminate in the head area. There are hundreds, potentially even thousands, of these nerve endings in the brain. Each one is like the branch of a tree that carries Pranic energy in, through, and around the brain. As you open the Crown fully, it allows many of these Nadis to reach outward to the surface of the top part of the head. It often feels like bugs crawling on your scalp or energy zaps or twitches as these brain Nadis are being infused with Light..." When Food Stops Controlling Your Attention

Who needed this gentle reminder today?

Today we wish to speak about food, yet not about which food is healthy, what you should eat, or which diet is spiritually superior. We wish to speak about something deeper: the amount of space food occupies in your consciousness.

When someone is constantly thinking about the next meal, craving something sweet or salty, searching for a particular taste, or feeling that something is missing until a craving is satisfied, the deeper message can become: “I need something outside of myself in order to feel complete.”

This is a vibration of lack, and spiritual growth gradually invites you into the opposite experience: I am already complete.

There is also a difference between hunger and craving. Hunger is simple: the body asks for nourishment, you eat, and you continue with your life. Craving contains mental occupation and the feeling that you need a particular sensation in order to feel satisfied.

Many cravings become stronger through habit and highly stimulating foods. This is why simplifying your diet can also become a spiritual practice. Reducing added sugars and excessive salt, and returning more often to simple, natural foods such as fruits and vegetables, can gradually quiet the constant search for stimulation. A piece of fruit becomes wonderfully sweet, simple food becomes satisfying, and food begins to occupy less space in your mind.
The purpose is freedom.

You can enjoy beautiful food deeply without needing it. You can feel hunger without becoming controlled by it. You can eat with gratitude and then allow your attention to return to meditation, creation, love, presence and life itself.

This is a form of abundance that is rarely spoken about: to need less stimulation because you feel more complete within yourself.

Eat with love, nourish your body well, simplify where simplicity brings you freedom, and observe your cravings with curiosity. You may discover that what you were searching for through another taste was actually the feeling of wholeness that was already within you.
