ChangeNOW already feels like a lifetime ago… and yet it’s only been two months.

We’re already preparing the 2027 edition, which will mark ChangeNOW’s 10th anniversary!

In the meantime, we’re taking a moment to look back on some of the unforgettable moments we experienced at ChangeNOW 2026.

Satish Kumar making us sing about beauty. Kate Raworth putting on a circus show. A conversation about the creative power of love.

These moments, and the emotions they sparked, are the fuel that carries us throughout the year as we prepare an edition even more extraordinary than the last.

📅 See you from April 26–28, 2027 to experience it for yourself! ✨

What if we created the Met Gala for biodiversity? 🌱

Or the world’s first certified biodiversity credits? A legally binding framework to protect half of the planet’s oceans? What if we doubled down on efforts to protect threatened lands and species?

These four women didn’t just ask the question. They took action.

By creating the NAT Gala, Gail Gallie is harnessing celebrity influence to raise awareness for nature and mobilize millions of dollars to fund nature projects.

By founding Savimbo, Drea Burbank has helped protect more than 77,653 hectares and document 59 threatened species, while directly supporting Indigenous communities financially.

Within the High Seas Alliance, Rebecca Hubbard led the High Seas Treaty' ratification campaign, helping pave the way for marine protected areas, equitable resource sharing, and the protection of marine biodiversity for generations to come.

Since becoming CEO of World Land Trust in 2019, Catherine Barnard has protected as much land as the organization did in its first 30 years, leading large-scale global projects in ecosystem restoration and species recovery.

Through their work, these women inspire us to take action to protect life on Earth.

The climate transition needs women!

As part of our Women for Change campaign, discover 6 women committed to climate action. Because a climate transition that is not inclusive is not a sustainable transition.

They are developing solutions at the local level, advocating to keep climate at the forefront, and empowering thousands of people to take action for the transition.

In their own ways, they are driving change and helping build a climate transition that leaves no one behind.

Women changemakers, women leaders: please keep leading! ✨

Each year, through our Women for Change campaign, we shine a light on women who are driving change and moving the world forward.

Now more than ever, as climate and social backlash intensifies, it is crucial to highlight those on the front lines.

Women who, at the local, national, and international levels, are actively building a fairer world. A society that puts life and people first. A future where mutual support and collaboration prevail over productivism and competition.

Their leadership is not only inspiring. It is essential to creating the conditions for change.

Listen to Garance Aulagne, Strategic Programs & Engagement Advisor at ChangeNOW and lead of the campaign, talk about Women for Change! And all week long, follow us on social media to discover 25 profiles of women entrepreneurs, journalists, activists, and citizens advancing the transition.

And you? Which women would you like to see in the spotlight? 🔦
