🌟 What a KB DAY! 🌟
295 children and youth. 36 matches. 60% girls. 25 volunteers, 0 injuries. 1 unforgettable morning.
The KB DAY – Special Lycée Français René Descartes Phnom Penh “LFRD Edition” that took place this morning at BKK High School in Phnom Penh was a truly joyful and powerful celebration of inclusion through sport.
From U9 to U18, over 36 rugby matches brought together 295 children and teenagers from more than 10 partner NGOs in a spirit of fun, respect, teamwork, and boundless energy.�60% of our young players were girls, showing once again that rugby truly is for everyone 💪💖�Thanks to the unwavering support of our 25 dedicated volunteers, the event ran with joy, safety, and laughter from start to finish!
✨ This KB Day was made possible thanks to the incredible hospitality of the Lycée Français René Descartes and the generosity of its Headmaster, Mr. Gilles Périnet, whose continued support has helped KB grow stronger every year.�MERCI! THANK YOU! អរគុណច្រើន!

🌟 KB DAY – Special LFRD Edition! 🌟�Sunday, June 15, 2025 – BKK High School, Phnom Penh. 8-11.30am
We’re excited to announce our next KB DAY – a vibrant celebration of inclusion through sport, especially rugby, bringing together over 300 children from more than 10 partner NGOs for a day of fun, play, and community spirit!
✨ This edition is empowered by the ongoing support of the Lycée Français René Descartes (LFRD), a loyal partner since the very beginning of Kampuchea Balopp.
We’re especially honored to welcome Gilles Périnet, Headmaster of LFRD, who will be joining us for his last KB DAYbefore departing for a new adventure in the Southern Hemisphere. A wonderful moment to celebrate his unwavering support for our children over the years!

🎉 KB DAY: A Day Filled with Joy, Fun, and Excitement! 🎉
We are thrilled to share that our KB DAY event on Sunday, March 9th, was a resounding success! Over 250 children from various NGOs came together for a morning of sports, laughter, and community spirit.
The energy was contagious as children participated in a range of activities, from competitive rugby games to motor skills development exercises. We witnessed pure joy on their faces as they engaged in these activities, making new friends, and showcasing their talents.
A special thank you to our amazing NGO partners, volunteers, and supporters for making this event possible. Your dedication and commitment to the children truly made a difference.
We are especially grateful to the French group LES AMIS VOYAGEURS COURONNAIS, who were visiting Cambodia and stopped by to support our event. Their presence was a wonderful reminder of the global community that supports our mission. Thank you to SYLTOURS travel company, our French partner for over 10 years, for connecting us with this incredible group.
We are already looking forward to our next KB DAY! Stay tuned for updates and join us in creating more moments of joy and empowerment for the children of Cambodia.

We're sending warm wishes for a year filled with joy, health, and success to all our incredible partners, donors, and supporters around the world! 🌎
To kick off the new year, we wanted to share a special message from two of our amazing kids and their classmates from Oudong Province. 🇰🇭
Than Sopanha, 11 years old from Phnom Athares Primary School, says: "Happy New Year! We wish you happiness, good health, and all the success you deserve."
And Lorreat, from Phar Diak Primary School, adds: "Happy New Year! I wish you all good health."

Our last KB Day of the year was a great success! 🎉

We had an amazing morning filled with laughter, sportsmanship, and community spirit. Hundreds of underprivileged children and teenagers from our partner NGOs came together for a day of fun and games, celebrating social inclusion through rugby.

It was a special day with the participation of a delegation from the Tanglin Rugby Club in Singapore, who joined us for an exciting U13 rugby tournament(special thanks to Erwan for organising the tour)!

A huge THANK YOU to all our partners, participants, and volunteers! Special thanks to the PNC - Passerelles Numériques Cambodiastudents and former KB program teenagers who are now young adults for making this day so special.

We can't wait for next year's KB Day!

Get ready for a day filled with fun, sports, and community! On Sunday, December 1st, we are hosting our last KB Day of the year in Phnom Penh, bringing together children and youth from all our partner organizations for a day of social inclusion through sport.

We'll have a variety of sports and rugby games, all designed to promote teamwork, friendship, and a love of sport. This time, we're thrilled to welcome a delegation of children and parents from Tanglin Rugby Club in Singapore, who will be participating in a U13 rugby tournament!
