🤓As part of the intellectual outputs of the Women at Work Project, the partner countries have worked on developing an "Entrepreneurial Mindset Capacity Building Course"

💪W@W intends to extend and develop the competences of women without proper education, living in marginalised rural areas, who have been in long-term unemployment, in order to help them ,access the labour market and further utilise their skills.

📯The final conference of the W@W Women at Work Project took place on October 26, 2021📍 at Nice, France. 👏 Groupement d'Intérêt Public de l'Académie de Nice organised an excellent event with the participation of all partners' representatives!!
📌The aim of this conference was to present and promote the project results as well as inviting stakeholders and policy makers to join the initiative. This conference presented the Women at Work project and its results, to a wide variety of actors (public or private organisations, decision-makers, etc.).
The conference focused on the activities implemented during the project and its results:
🔖An Entrepreneurial Mindset Capacity Building Course

🔖Success Stories
🔖Self-test of appropriateness as an entrepreneur
The public was composed of very qualified persons, who asked a lot of question and were very active, especially during the event.

The Consortium of the Project W@W, “UP Women at Work”: 2019-1-DE02-KA204-006188, will meet on2️⃣5️⃣ and 2️⃣6️⃣ of October 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣1️⃣, at 📍Nice, France, in a “face to face” meeting for the Final Meeting of the Project. On Tuesday, 26th of October a Closing Conference will be organized in Hôtel Aston la Scala 12 avenue Félix Faure, Nice.

This morning, GIP FIPAN organised a second presentation of the Women@Work platform "One-stop Portal".
The discussion was quite lively and the participants felt that the content of the training course is interesting and the design of the platform very friendly.

The Women at Work Project tools and resources are freely accessible to women who wish to acquire or develop their competences in the field of entrepreneurship and to take the step of starting up a business.

On October 7th, GIP FIPAN's Europe & International Department staff went to the Alpes-Maritimes' Information Centre on Women's and Family Rights in the framework of the European Erasmus + Women@Work project.
During an enriching exchange with a group of young women supported by CIDFF06, they presented the tools and resources developed during the project to support women's entrepreneurship and empowerment.
These tools and resources are freely accessible to women who wish to acquire or develop their competences in the field of entrepreneurship and to take the step of starting up a business.
