OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST QUALITY PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT
Cancer Support France was founded in 2002 by Linda Shepherd, an English woman diagnosed with breast cancer. Today it is a network of 16 affiliated Associations throughout France, supporting hundreds of English-speaking cancer patients, their families and carers.
Cancer Support France Provence Gard, is a registered Association in France. We were founded in June 2015 to bring support to the English-speaking community living in Provence and Gard. Our mission is to provide the highest quality professional support to cancer patients, their carers and families, by offering emotional support alongside linguistic and practical help. We can also give information to help you make decisions on how to manage your illness.
WE ARE THERE FROM THE MOMENT OF DIAGNOSIS FOR AS LONG AS WE ARE NEEDED
If you would like to be considered for training for Active Listening, would like to help with fundraising events or can offer practical help, such as driving or shopping, please give us a call.
You will be joining a team of like-minded people, many of whom have experienced cancer at first hand.
