Tsinat HIV Positive People's Association TPPLHA takes a holistic and integrated approaches to preventing HIV and empowering the lives of disadvantaged communities.

Is non-governmental an Ethiopian aid organization established in 1996 and re-registered based on proclamation No.1113/2019 on registry number 2098 on 30/05/2019 and we are committed to improving the lives of children, youth, women and families by providing care and support to Ethiopian communities Over the last two decades thus, our

programs have touched the lives of over a million Ethiopians. For the purpose of Coordination and unified efforts on HIV and Poverty we are a member of Network of Networks HIV Positives in Ethiopia /NEP+/ and National Network of positive women Ethiopians social, health and development NGOs Consortiums. Our organization attains this goal by caring for the most vulnerable and empowering women and families to achieve improved health, wellbeing, financial growth and stability. We believe that the changes we make should be community-led and community based and sustainable. Individuals, families, communities, CBOs and government agencies all play a role in our programs. TPPLHA currently implementing its program in Ethiopia, Oromia regions. Our programs provide training and ongoing support in the six areas that we believe are most important to the growth and development of our community members.

Our founder and executive director Genet Beyecha has good heart and compassion for HIV Prevention and inclusive community development. Thus, everyone who is around the globe who is interested on our thematic area can communicate her for working together. TPPLHA has been worked with and generously supported by the Ethiopian government Oromiya Health Office, PSI Ethiopia, Global Fund, NEP+ etc.

Celebration of The 2025 International Women’s Day /March 8/
Tsinat PLHIV Association have celebrated the 2025 International Women’s Day (March 8th)
The event adhered to the national motto, 'Fast and Continuous Comprehensive Change Is Ensured by Women's Participation,' and the regional motto, 'Mirgi Walqixxummaa fi Gahoominaa Dubartotaa Hundaaf!!!'.
This city-level celebration engaged our Association Members, government officials, including a representative from the Adama City Council (Mikir Bet), the head of the Health Office, Women and Children Office Staffs and other government employees and board members, and various community members have participated. The event saw a total attendance of 92 women and 14 men.
On the event we have acknowledged a person whose who have contributed a remarkable contribution on economic and social empowerment of women.
