On April 6, 2026, TSD Founder and CEO Ms. Worknesh Begi laid the foundation stone for Akaki Qile Primary School, marking a key milestone in advancing quality education.

Funded by Regards d’Enfants d’Ethiopia (REE) and implemented by Terkanfi Sustainable Development (TSD), the project aims to improve educational access.
🌍 Location: Oromia Regional Government, Sheger City Administration, Kura Jida Sub-City, Akaki Qile Primary School.
Local elders, officials, community members, and students attended the ceremony.

🏫 Project Highlights:
• Three modern blocks: classrooms, kindergarten, and administration (library, lab, staff room, director’s office, restrooms) built to Oromia standards.
• Fully furnished classrooms with desks, chairs, blackboards, and teaching materials.
• Safer, conducive learning environment for boys and girls.
• Improved classroom-to-student ratio.
This initiative creates opportunities, nurtures dreams, and empowers the next generation through education.

📢 Foundation Stone Laid for Akaki Qile Primary School!

On April 6, 2026, the foundation stone for Akaki Qile Primary School was officially laid by the Founder and CEO of TSD, Ms. Worknesh Begi, marking a key milestone in advancing access to quality education.

This important project is generously funded by Regards d’Enfants d’Ethiopia (REE) and implemented by Terkanfi Sustainable Development (TSD), reflecting a strong commitment to improving access to quality education.
🌍 Operational Area: Oromia Regional Government, Sheger City Administration, Kura Jida Sub-City, Akaki Qile Primary School
The ceremony was honored by the presence of local elders, government officials, community members, and students showcasing a shared vision for a brighter future.

🏫 Project Highlights:
• Construction of three modern school blocks, including classrooms, a kindergarten, and an administrative block with a library, laboratory, staff room, director’s office, and restrooms built to Oromia education and construction standards.
• Fully furnished classrooms with desks, chairs, blackboards, and essential teaching materials
• Creation of a safer and more conducive learning environment for both boys and girls
• Improved classroom-to-student ratio, enhancing the quality of education
