This is the place where youth take matters in their own hands , where we stand as united in ecocitizenship, where every young
person and child is a leader on environmental matters and strive for action in apolitical, non religious manner. YVE Ethiopia is part of the pan African environmental group JVE International (Young Volunteers for Environment), and as a dynamic youth oriented environmental group, plans to interven in many fields at national level: environment, sustainable development, biodiversity, energy, climate, water and sanitation defined on different strategic axes of implementation. These are carried out by direct involvement of citizens especially the usually marginalized and affected but crucial youth segment of local societies. YVE Ethiopia has for mission to educate, support and reinforce the Ethiopian Youth’s capacity in order to involve it in the sustainable development process. YVE has for goal to help the youth to fulfill whilst participating in saving the planet, the human being as epicenter of any activity.
