አንጋቱ ከዝዋይ አከባቢ የመጣች ልጅ ስትሆን ቡስካ ደግሞ ከሰላሌ ምድር መጥታለች። የካንሰር ሕክምናቸውን በጥቁር አንበሳና በቅዱስ ጳውሎስ ሆስፒታል በመከታተል ላይ ይገኛሉ። ሕክምናቸውን እስኪጨርሱ በተስፋ አዲስ የወላጆችና የልጆች ካንሰር ድርጅት ማረፊያ ፣መጠለያ ፣ምግብና ሌሎችም መሰል እርዳዎች ያለማቋረጥ ያገኛሉ።
ዛሬ በዓለም ዐቀፍ ደረጃ የልጆች ካንሰር የሚታሰብበት ቀን ነው። የወርቅ ሪባን የልጆቹን የማይተመን ውድ ዋጋ ይወክላል። ያንን የወርቅ ሪባን ከአንጋቱና ቡስካ ጋር በመሆኑ አብረን በጥቁር አንበሳ የካንሰር ማዕከል በመሳል ዕለቱን በታላቅ ድምቀት አክብረናል ።
Angatu is a child from the Zeway area, while Buska comes from the land of Selale. They are currently receiving cancer treatment at Tikur Anbessa and St. Paul’s Hospitals. Until they complete their treatment, they continue to receive uninterrupted support—shelter, meals, and other essential care—from Tesfa Addis Parents’ and Children’s Cancer Support Center.
Today is International Childhood Cancer Day. The gold ribbon symbolizes the priceless and immeasurable value of children. Together with Angatu and Buska, we painted the gold ribbon to commemorate this important day, marking it with heartfelt significance at the Tikur Anbessa Cancer Center.
