🏆 ከስፖርትም በላይ—አንድነታችን እና ድምጻችን! 🏆

ባለፉት ሳምንታት በደመቀ ሁኔታ ሲካሄድ ሰንብቶ፣ ባሳለፍነው እሁድ ሰኔ 07/2018 ማጠናቀቂያውን ባገኘው የመጀመሪያው የኬር ሊቨርስ ማህበራት ስፖርት ፌስቲቫል (Care Leavers Associations Sport Festival) ላይ የ የቀድሞ ኤስ .ኦ . ኤስ ወጣቶች ማህበር ኢትዮጲያ / SOS Almuni Youth Association Ethiopia አባላት በመሳተፋችን እጅግ ታላቅ ኩራት ይሰማናል!

"Forward Together Leave No Youth Behind" በሚል መሪ ቃል በተዘጋጀው በዚህ ታሪካዊ መድረክ ላይ፣ ማህበራችንን የወከሉ ወጣቶቻችን በወንዶች እግር ኳስ እና በሴቶች ቮሊቦል ውድድሮች ላይ አስደናቂ ፉክክር፣ ድንቅ ክህሎት እና ከፍተኛ ስፖርታዊ ጨዋነትን በማሳየት ደምቀው ውለዋል።

We are immensely proud to announce that the SOS Alumni Youth Association Ethiopia actively participated in the first-ever Care Leavers Associations Sport Festival, which successfully concluded with a vibrant closing ceremony this past Sunday, June 14, 2026!

Under the powerful motto "Forward Together, Leave No Youth Behind," our incredible youth represented our association in both Men’s Football and Women’s Volleyball, showcasing remarkable competitiveness, outstanding talent, and exemplary sportsmanship throughout the weeks-long tournament.

This sports festival has proven to be much more than a tournament; it highlighted the incredible power of sports as a tool for advocacy, connection, and empowerment for care-experienced youth across the nation.

ታላቅ የምስራች ለወጣቶቻችን! የአቅም ግንባታ እና የስልጠና እድል ስምምነት🔥

ጥምረታችን National Care Leaver's Associations Coalition Ethiopia ከታዋቂው LG KOICA Hope TVET College ጋር በጋራ ለመስራት የሚያስችለውን የመግባቢያ ሰነድ (MoU) በይፋ መፈራረሙን በደስታ እንገልጻለን ። ይህ ስምምነት ለወጣቶቻችን አዳዲስ የስራ እና የስልጠና በሮችን የሚከፍት ትልቅ እርምጃ ነው ።

📌 የትብብሩ ዋና ዋና የትኩረት መስኮች

ይህ ስምምነት ለሚቀጥሉት 3 ዓመታት የሚቆይ ሲሆን፣ በዋናነት በሚከተሉት የጋራ ጉዳዮች ላይ ያተኩራል፡

✅️ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ስልጠና (TVET)፡ ለብቁ ወጣቶች ደረጃ III እና IV (Level III/IV) የሙያ ስልጠናዎችን ማመቻቸት ።

✅️ የአቅም ግንባታ እና የልምድ ልውውጥ፡ በአሰልጣኞች እና በባለሙያዎች መካከል የክህሎት እና የዕውቀት ሽግግር እንዲኖር የቴክኒክ ትስስር መፍጠር ።

✅️ የስራ ዕድል ፈጠራ ትስስር፡ በኮሌጁ እና በጥምረቱ በኩል የሚገኙ የሥራ ዕድሎችን በጋራ ማስተሳሰር እና ለምሩቃን ሰልጣኞች ማመቻቸት ።

✅️ የጋራ ጥናትና ወርክሾፖች፡ በጋራ የምርምር ሥራዎች፣ ወርክሾፖች እና በማህበረሰብ አገልግሎት ላይ በጋራ መሥራት ።

💡ስምምነቱ ለወጣቶቻችን ያለው ፋይዳ

ይህ ስምምነት ለአባላትና ለወጣቶቻችን ሰፊ መጻኢ ዕድሎችን ይዞ መጥቷል👇

👉 ጥራት ያለው ትምህርት፡ በዘመናዊ ቴክኖሎጂ የታገዘ እና የገበያውን ፍላጎት ያማከለ የደረጃ III እና IV ስልጠናዎችን በነጻነት የማግኘት ዕድል ።

👉 የስራ ዝግጁነት እና ቅጥር፡ ከስልጠና በኋላ ወደ ሥራው ዓለም ለመግባት የሚያስችሉ የቅጥር ትስስሮች፣ የቃለ-መጠይቅ ዝግጅቶች እና የአቅም ግንባታ ድጋፎች ።
👉 የተሻለ ተወዳዳሪነት፡ ወጣቶቻችን በሀገሪቱ የሥራ ገበያ ላይ ተወዳዳሪ፣ ክህሎት ያላቸው እና የወደፊት መሪዎች እንዲሆኑ የላቀ አቅም ይፈጥርላቸዋል ።

♻️ጥምረቱን ወክለው የመግባቢያ ሰነዱን የፈረሙት የጥምረቱ የቦርድ ፕሬዚዳንት አቶ እዮብ በቀለ ስምምነቱን አስመልክተው የሚከተለውን ብለዋል፦

"ይህ የተደረገው ስምምነት በአማራጭ ህፃናት እንክብካቤ እና ድጋፍ መስጫ ተቋም አድገው ለወጡ ወጣቶች የሙያ እና የክህሎት ስልጠናዎች እንዲያገኙ፣ ከዛም ወደ ስራ አለም እንዲቀላቀሉ እና የተሻለ ዜጋ እንዲሆኑ ያግዛል። ትልቅ ክፍተት በሚታይበት ቦታ ላይ ይህን አይነት እድሎች ለወጣቶቹ ማመቻቸት እጅግ አስፈላጊ በመሆኑ ስምምነቱ እጅግ ጠቃሚ ታላቅ ተግባር ነው።"

ፕሬዚዳንቱ አክለውም ስምምነቱን መሬት ላይ አውርዶ በፍጥነት ወደ ተግባር ለመግባት ሁለቱም ተፈራራሚ አካላት ኃላፊነታቸውን እንደሚወጡ ያላቸውን ሙሉ እምነት ገልጸዋል። በመጨረሻም ለ LG-KOICA Hope TVET College በ NCLACE ስም ላቅ ያለ ምስጋናቸውን🙏 አቅርበዋል።

🔰ይህ ስምምነት ወጣቶቻችን በንድፈ-ሀሳብ ብቻ ሳይሆን በተግባር የተደገፈ ጥራት ያለው ስልጠና አግኝተው ለስራ ገበያው ብቁ እንዲሆኑ ያደርጋቸዋል ። በተለይም የቴክኒክና ሙያ ስልጠናዎችን (TVET) በነጻነትና በልዩ ትኩረት በማግኘት ፣ የነገውን ተወዳዳሪ እና የወደፊት ህይወታቸውን በራሳቸው መምራት የሚችሉ ዜጎች እንዲሆኑ ትልቅ አቅም ይፈጥርላቸዋል ።

📌ዝርዝር የቅበላ መስፈርቶችን እና መርሃ - ግብሮችን በቅርቡ የምናሳውቅ በመሆኑ ገፃችንን መከታተልዎን ይቀጥሉ።

This landmark agreement is a massive step forward in opening new doors of employment and skill-training for our youth! 🌟

👉Representing the Coalition, Board President Mr. Eyob Bekele shared his thoughts on the impact of this partnership:

"This agreement will greatly assist youth raised in alternative child care institutions by equipping them with professional and vocational skills, helping them transition into the workforce, and enabling them to become exemplary citizens.
