📢 CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: MULTI-YEAR GRANTS FOR WOMEN’S RIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS
I/ About the Call
We are pleased to announce the Multi-Year Grants (MYG) funding opportunity under the Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership – Ethiopia (RWVL-E) Project, a six-year initiative implemented by CARE Ethiopia in partnership with CARE Canada and six Principal Partners: ECD, UEWCA, NEWA, EWLA, TIMRAN and YWCA.
Eligible women’s rights organizations and women’s rights networks are invited to apply for flexible, longer-term funding to strengthen organizational capacity, advance women’s rights and gender equality, and contribute to sustainable movements. Besides funding, the grant offers organizational development, accompaniment, learning, networking and movement building.

II/ Who Can Apply

•Informal/ emerging,
•Small,
•Medium and
•Large women’s rights organizations and networks,
Priority will be given to those representing grassroots and rural women, young women and adolescent girls, women and girls with disabilities, women from marginalized communities, and internally displaced and conflict-affected women.
Thematic focus under gender equality and women’s/girls’ right include but are not limited to gender justice, leadership, movement building, peacebuilding, conflict prevention and mediation, protection and economic justice.
