The event, held at Addis International Convention Center, brought together civil society organizations, partners, and stakeholders to celebrate the vital role of CSOs in promoting development, human rights, and community empowerment in Ethiopia.

A two-day national forum brought together government, civil society, media, youth, women, and tech experts to discuss digital rights, online safety, freedom of expression, and technology-enabled human rights protection in Ethiopia.

ሴቷ ህጉ ባስቀመጠው ልክ ከወንዱ እኩል በመሬትና በንብረት ተጠቃሚነቷን ማረጋገጥ የሀገሪቷን የተሟላ እድገት እውን ለማድረግ ትልቅ ፋይዳ እንዳለው ተመላከተ።
የሶዶ ወረዳ እና የቡኢ ከተማ አስተዳደር ሴቶችና ህፃናት ጉዳይ ጽ/ቤት በጋራ በመሆን ከኢትዮጵያ ሴቶች ህፃናት ማህበራት ህብረት(UEWCA) አስተባባሪነት ከሀቢታት ፎር ሂውማኒቲ ኢትዮጵያ /Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia በተገኘ የበጀት ድጋፍ "ለመሬቷ እንቁምላት"/Stand for her land/በሚል ፕሮጀክት አሳታፊ የውይይት መድረክ አካሄዱ።

በምስራቅ ጉራጌ ዞን የሶዶ ወረዳ እና የቡኢ ከተማ አስተዳደር ሴቶችና ህፃናት ጉዳይ ጽ/ቤት በጋራ በመሆን ከኢትዮጵያ ሴቶች ህፃናት ማህበራት ህብረት(UEWCA) አስተባባሪነት ከሀቢታት ፎር ሂውማኒቲ ኢትዮጵያ /Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia የበጀት ድጋፍ የሴቶች የመሬት መብት ባለቤትነት በተመለከተ ከባለድርሻ አካላት ጋር አሳታፊ የውይይት መድረክ ተካሄዷል።
የወረዳው ሴቶችና ህፃናት ጽ/ቤት ኃላፊ ወ/ሪት ህይወት አለማየሁ የእንኳን ደህና መጣችሁ መልዕክታቸውን አስተላልፈው እንደሁለቱም መዋቅር የሴቷ የመሬት ተጠቃሚነት ላይ ያሉት ተግዳሮቶችና የተግዳሮቶቹ መንስኤዎች ላይ በተገቢው በመወያየት የመፍትሔ አቅጣጫዎችን በማስቀመጥ ሁሉም የድርሻውን ወስዶ ለመተግበር መግባባት ላይ መድረስ እንደሚገባ አመላክተዋል።
በቀጣይ ባገኘነው ግንዛቤ ከትንሽ አንስቶ በተጀመረው ስራ የመጣው ውጤት በቀጣይ ለማስፋት የመንግስት ባለድርሻ አካሉ በቅንጅት በመስራት፣ የሐይማኖት አባቶች በየእምነት ቦታ በማስተማር፣ የሀገር ሽማግሌዎች፣ የማህበረሰብ አንቂዎች/መልካም ተፅዕኖ ፈጣሪ አካላት፣ ግብረ ሰናይ ድርጅቶችም የበኩላቸውን በመስራት በህግና አፈፃፀም መካከል ያለውን ክፍተት መሙላት የሴቷ የጠቃሚነት ማረጋገጥ እንደሚገባ አቅጣጫ ሰጥተዋል።
የቡኢ ከተማ አስተዳደር ሴቶችና ህፃናት ጽ/ቤት ኃላፊ ወ/ሮ ስመኝ ሻንቆ ባለድርሻ አካሉ ያገኘውን ግንዛቤ ለሌሎች ተደራሽ በማድረግ ሴቷ ከወንዱ እኩል በመሬትና መንብረት ተጠቃሚነቷን ለማረጋገጥ ተግዳሮት የሚፈጥሩ ነገሮች በጋራ መቅረፍና በመተጋገዝ መስራት እንደማገባ ተናግረዋል።
የፕሮጀክቱ አስተባባሪ ወ/ሮ ብሪቱ መኮንን እንደገለፁት ሴቷ ከወንዱ እኩል በመሬቷ ብሎም በንብረቷ ተጠቃሚ እንድትሆን ያሉትን ተግዳሮቶች በመለየት የመፍትሔ አቅጣጫዎችን ማስቀመጥና ባለድርሻ አካሉም የመፍትሔ አካል በመሆን የድርሻውን ሊወጣ እንደሚገባ አሳስበዋል።
የውይይቱ ተሳታፊ የእምነት አባቶች በየእምነት ቦታ ተገቢውን የግንዛቤ ስራ ሊሰሩና ሌላው ባለድርሻ አካልም የራሱ ኃላፊነት ወስዶ በየኔነት ስሜት ሊሰራ እንደሚገባ አመላክተዋል።
ሴቷ ተጠቃሚ ማድረግ ሰላምና መልካም አስተዳደር ከማስፈንም ባሻገር የሀገሪቷ ሁለንተናዊ ብልፅግና እውን ለማድረግ ትልቅ ፋይዳ እንዳለውም ጠቁመዋል።
የሶዶ ወረዳ የግብርና ጽ/ቤት የመሬት አስተዳደር ዋና የስራ ሂደት አስተባባሪ አቶ አዳነ አረዳ የሴቶች የመሬት መብት ባለቤትነት ላይ የተዘጋጀ ስልጠና የሰጡ ሲሆን የስልጠናው ዋና ዓላማ የመሬት ወይም የንብረት መብቶች ጋር የተያያዙ ግንዛቤዎችን በማሳደግ የሴቶችን የመሬት ባለቤትነት በማህበራዊና በኢኮኖሚያዊ እድገት ብሎም ተጠቃሚነት ላይ ያለውን ወሳኝ ሚና ለማጉላት እንደሆነ ጠቅሰዋል።
ሴቷ የመሬት ተጠቃሚነቷ ለማረጋገጥ የአሰራርን ስርዓትን መሰረት በማድረግ ፍትሐዊ ስራ መስራት እንደሚገባም አመላክተዋል።
የስልጠናው ተሳታፊ አካላትም የይዞታ ባለቤት የተጠቃሚነት መብትና ሊያጋጥሙ በሚችሉ ተግዳሮቶች እንዲሁም በመፍትሔ አቅጣጫዎችና የባለድርሻ አካላት ሚና በተመለከተ ሰፊ ውይይት ያደረጉ ሲሆን ሴቷ ከወንዱ እኩል በመሬት ተጠቃሚ የመሆን መብቷን ለማስጠበቅ የሁሉም ባለድርሻ አካል ኃላፊነት እንደሆነና ግንዛቤው ያላቸው አካላት በተቻለ መጠን ለሌላው ተደራሽ በማድረግ ባህላዊ ተፅዕኖዎችን በሂደት እየቀረፉ በመሄድ ሴቷ በራሷ ለመብቷ እንድትሟገትና መብቷን እንድታስጠብቅ ማድረግ እንደሚገባ መግባባት ላይ ደርሰዋል።
