The Oromia Health Workers Medical Assistance Association was Established by Legal Section 321/1959 order in compliance with the Establishment of Legal Relationship Act of 1952.As a sector, we are focusing on illness prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation while promoting human health in a variety of ways, even these workers are exposed to diseases in this unidentified form, they do not yet have a guarantee for their own health. This is because a variety of our employees, regardless of rank, are currently suffering from severe illnesses for which they are seeking support from various groups in order to obtain medical care.
Health workforces are exposed to a variety of health issues, which makes the sectors susceptible to complex issues in different ways. Health workers' migration, their low motivation and consequently the quality of health services, and the worry that ultimately there won't be as many medical undergraduates across the country are some of these issues.
Based on this supposition, there are about 200,000 (200,000+) health workers spread among public, private, and non-governmental organizations. These laborers can assist one another and contribute to the growth of the nation if they band together and form an association. As a result, the Oromia Health Workers' medical Assistance association was founded following the coordination of its concepts by numerous organizations and stakeholders across numerous locations of the nations.

1.Providing assistance and care for workers who have serious illnesses.
2.Availability of a hospital or medical facility for the treatment of health work forces.
3. Create a sizable development organization capable of advancing the nation's healthcare sector.
4. Provide humanitarian assistance to community people who encounter diverse issues
💕Goal of the OMAA
By 2035, it aims to become a member health insurance association and contribute significantly to the nation's advancement.

2) Bone marrow transplantation for illnesses other than cancer
3) Care for different types of cancer.
4) Advanced Heart Surgery
5) Orthopedic procedures (arthroscopic and total joint replacement therapy)

7) Therapy for spinal cord injuries
8) Procedures for subarachnoid hemorrhage
9) A serious injury vehicle crash (major bodies)
10) A third-degree burn accident that puts the entire body and internal organs at risk
11) For Security-Related Issues Affecting Major Issue.
🍇The second fundamental principle is to alleviate our employees' financial burdens both now and in the future by offering them financial support. As a result, the money can be gathered in different ways and applied as bank loan guarantees for different supply-related issues.
The inflation is still going strong, and this time the association is a robust campus that strives to assist its members in a variety of ways.
According to the Medium- and Long-Term plans: -
🌷Access to hospital for our employees to be treated. (Existing and New) Well- equipped, Well-qualified well-furnished hospital for Health Workers.
🌷Develop a Medical equipment supply center.
🌷Facilitate residential housing conditions.
🌷Prepare various business plans and work on things that will increase the income of the Association.
