በአንድ ጀምበር 800 ሚሊዮን ችግኝ! የካስማ ቤተሰብ አረንጓዴ አሻራውን አኖረ! 🌱🇪🇹

ትላንት፣ የካስማ በጎ አድራጎት ድርጅት (Kasma Charity Organization) ቡድን ከሴቶችና ማህበራዊ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር (MoWSA) አመራሮች፣ ሰራተኞች እና በጎ ፈቃደኛ ወጣቶች ጋር በመሆን ሀገራዊውን "የአንድ ጀምበር 800 ሚሊዮን ችግኝ ተከላ" መርሃ-ግብር በኩራት ተቀላቅሏል!

በዕለቱ ክቡር ሚኒስትር ዶ/ር ኤርጎጌ ተስፋዬ በተገኙበት ከ5,000 በላይ ችግኞች በጋራ የተተከሉ ሲሆን፣ ካስማም የዚህ ታላቅ ሀገራዊ አላማ አካል በመሆኑ እጅግ ደስ ብሎናል።

የሰው ልጅን ህይወት ከመገንባት (Reintegration) ባሻገር፣ የምንኖርባትን አካባቢ መንከባከብ የሁላችንም ሀላፊነት ነው። ዛሬ የምንተክለው ችግኝ፣ ነገ ለሀገራችን ጥላ፣ ለትውልድ ደግሞ በረከት ይሆናል!

800 Million Trees in a Day! The Kasma Family Leaves its Green Legacy! 🌱🇪🇹

Yesterday, the Kasma Charity Organization team proudly joined the leadership and staff of the Ministry of Women and Social Affairs (MoWSA), along with youth volunteers, for the monumental national initiative of planting 800 million trees in a single day!

Over 5,000 seedlings were planted during the event, which was graced by H.E. Minister Dr. Ergoge Tesfaye. We are incredibly happy and honored to have been part of this historic national effort.

At Kasma, we believe that rebuilding lives goes hand-in-hand with restoring our environment. The seedlings we plant today are the hope, shade, and blessings of tomorrow for Ethiopia!

Traffickers are no longer just operating at the borders; they are in our DMs. Fake job postings promising "free visas" and "high salaries" are traps, not opportunities.

ዛሬ፣ ሀምሌ 23 (July 30) ዓለም አቀፍ የሰዎች ዝውውርን የመቃወሚያ ቀን ነው። ዘንድሮ ትኩረታችንን ያደረግነው አደገኛ እየሆነ በመጣው "የዲጂታል ማጭበርበር" ላይ ነው።

የሰዎች አዘዋዋሪዎች አሁን ድንበር ላይ ብቻ ሳይሆኑ፣ ስልካችን ላይ መጥተዋል። በፌስቡክ፣ በቴሌግራም እና በቲክቶክ የሚመጡ "ነፃ ቪዛ እና ከፍተኛ ደሞዝ" የሚሉ ማስታወቂያዎች ብዙ ጊዜ የስራ እድል ሳይሆኑ፣ እህትና ወንድሞቻችንን ለዘመናዊ ባርነት የሚዳርጉ ወጥመዶች ናቸው!

በካስማ በጎ አድራጎት ድርጅት (ከሰው ዝውውር በተረፉ ግለሰቦች የተመሰረተ ድርጅት) ይህንን ወንጀል ለማጋለጥ ከተባበሩት መንግስታት (UNODC) ጋር በጋራ ቆመናል። እባካችሁ አጠራጣሪ የሆኑ የኦንላይን መልዕክቶችን አትመኑ።

ዛሬ ሐምሌ 23 (July 30) ዓለም አቀፍ የሰዎች ዝውውርን የመቃወሚያ ቀን ነው። የዘንድሮው መሪ ቃል የሚያተኩረው በዲጂታል ማጭበርበር እና በኢንተርኔት በሚመጡ የሀሰት የስራ እድሎች ላይ ነው።

አዘዋዋሪዎች አሁን መንገድ ላይ ብቻ ሳይሆን፣ ስልካችን ላይ መጥተዋል። "ያለ ቪዛ፣ በነፃ፣ አሁኑኑ ተመዝገብ፣ ከፍተኛ ደሞዝ!" የሚሉ የፌስቡክ እና ቴሌግራም መልዕክቶች የስራ እድል ሳይሆኑ ወጥመድ ናቸው! ብዙ እህትና ወንድሞቻችን በዚህ የዲጂታል ማጭበርበር ተታለው ለዘመናዊ ባርነት ተዳርገዋል።

ከፍልሰት ተመላሽነት... ወደ ተፈላጊ ባለሙያነት! 🎓🛠️✨

የተስፋ ድርጅት (HOPE) የቴክኒክና ሙያ ማሰልጠኛ ተቋም፣ ለፍልሰት ተጋላጭ የሆኑና ከስደት የተመለሱ ወገኖቻችንን ጨምሮ 396 ተማሪዎችን በታላቅ ድምቀት አስመርቋል!
ካስማ በጎ አድራጎት ድርጅት፣ ከ HOPE ጋር በጋራ በመስራቱ እጅግ ይኮራል። በተለይም ዛሬ ከተመረቁት ውስጥ 80 የሚሆኑት ከፍልሰት ተመላሽ የሆኑ ጀግኖች መሆናቸው ደስታችንን እጥፍ ያደርገዋል!

ተስፋን እንትከል! 🌱 | Planting Hope! 🌱

የካስማ በጎ አድራጎት ድርጅት ከአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ፋይናንስ ቢሮ እና ከተለያዩ የሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ጋር በመተባበር የተሳካ የችግኝ ተከላ እና እንክብካቤ መርሃግብር አካሂዷል።

ከስልጠና ወደ ስራ አለም፡ የተግባር ስኬት በካስማ! 🎓💼✨

"ስልጠና መስጠት ብቻ ሳይሆን፣ ከስራ ጋር ማገናኘት!" ይህ የካስማ በጎ አድራጎት ድርጅት ትልቁ ግብ ነው።

እንኳን ደስ አላችሁ! ከስልጠና ወደ ስራ አለም፡ 50 ጀግና ሴቶች ተመረቁ! 🎓✨

ከጥቂት ወራት በፊት፣ በ UN Trust Fund (UNVTF) ድጋፍ 50 ከስደት ተመላሽ እህቶቻችንን በሶስት የሙያ ዘርፎች ማሰልጠን መጀመራችንን አብስረን ነበር። ዛሬ ደግሞ የድካማቸውን ፍሬ አይተናል!

እነዚህ ጠንካራ ሴቶች በልብስ ስፌት፣ በፀጉር ስራ እና በምግብ ዝግጅት የ3 ወር ጥልቅ ስልጠናቸውን በስኬት አጠናቀው ተመርቀዋል። ይህ የምረቃ በዓል የሙያ ማረጋገጫ ብቻ ሳይሆን፤ ከስደት እና ከስቃይ በኋላ አዲስ ህይወት፣ አዲስ ክብር እና አዲስ ተስፋ የመጀመራቸው ብሩህ ማሳያ ነው።

በባለታሪኮች በሚመራው (Survivor-led) የካስማ የስነ-ልቦና ድጋፍ ታግዘው፣ ዛሬ በሙሉ በራስ መተማመን ወደ ስራ አለም ለመቀላቀል ዝግጁ ናቸው።

Congratulations! From Training to the Workforce: 50 Heroic Women Graduated! 🎓✨

A few months ago, we announced the start of a vocational training program for 50 returnee women, generously supported by the UN Trust Fund (UNVTF). Today, we celebrate the fruit of their hard work!

These resilient women have successfully completed their 3-month intensive training in Garment Making, Hairdressing, and Culinary Arts. This graduation is more than just a certificate; it is a powerful symbol of new beginnings, restored dignity, and lasting hope after the hardships of migration.

Empowered by Kasma's survivor-led psychosocial support alongside their technical training, they are now ready to enter the workforce with confidence.
A heartfelt thank you to UNVTF, our dedicated trainers, and the entire Kasma family for making this possible. We wish our graduates a bright and successful future! ❤️
