As part of the lead-up to the Sustainability Festival, the Springvale Community Hub will be hosting a Mini Sustainability Festival on Saturday 14 March from 11am to 3pm.

As the fourth year of SCH Clothing Swaps comes to an end, I wish to thank you all for being part of the journey! Together we have saved many items from going to landfill, we have said 'no' to the polluting ways of fast-fashion, and overall we have chosen to dress ourselves in a more eco-friendly way! And we had fun doing it, too!! ♻️❤️🌏🙏

Next year, the swaps will kick-off on the 14th of March at the Springvale Community Hub, alongside other activities for the Sustainability Festival. After that, they will run bi-monthly at the Springvale Hub (instead of monthly). This is because council will be hosting Sustainability Sessions monthly between the new Keysborough Hub and the Springvale Community Hub, and so the swaps will just run when the event is at Springvale. Hope that makes sense!
