The yoga and women’s circle from Sunday was such a beautiful morning ☀️

The whole morning was centred around creativity. Moving through Kundalini Yoga, sharing herbal tea, and then into circle ✨

Since then, I’ve been noticing so much more creativity in my life…I'm feeling inspired and inviting it in more than ever 🎨

Thank you, so deeply, to the lovely women who joined, and to Casa Jio for holding us in such a beautiful space 🌿

Most of us have felt the pressure to say the “right” thing, to open up in the “right” way, or to show up as the most palatable version of ourselves in countless situations throughout our life. There is none of that here 🌿

In circle, nothing is expected of you.
You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do 💚

Everything is an invitation. Everything is a choice 🤗

You know yourself better than anybody else ever could. And I want nothing more than for you to honour that fully 💜

Our first garden circle 🌿✨

I somehow felt how happy my inner child was to be sat in a beautiful garden with beautiful women and emotions being something that are welcomed, not an inconvenience 🥰

Surrounded by nature, soft moments, and beautiful energy. It was such a special morning ✨

So grateful to the women who showed up with open hearts and presence 💜

✨ A different kind of hen do

What if your hen party began like this…
with connection before the cocktails 🍹🌸

On Friday, I had the honour of holding a women’s circle in Seville as part of a hen celebration, and it was absolutely beautiful 💜

The lead-up to a hen do often holds so much. Planning, different people coming together from all areas of life - so much energy and movement. It’s such a special time…but also a busy one. Incorporating a women’s circle creates space for something deeper. It offers everyone connection, presence, and intention 🌸

It opens up a space where the bride can feel truly supported and held by the women she loves most 🤍

A space for friends and family to connect with each other, as well as themselves 🌿

There’s something so powerful about gathering in this way before such a big life transition… to feel so connected and surrounded by love as you step into a new chapter 💫

I absolutely love the small details I get to add to each circle ✨

Once I know the direction and everything is prepared,
I give myself the space to slow down and choose each element with care 🌿

The cards, the crystals, the incense, the oils… whatever it may be 🔮🕯️🌸

It’s in those quiet, intentional moments that the energy of the space begins to form 💜

Before anyone has even arrived, I can already feel it…
and that’s when the excitement really starts to build 🤩💫

The women in my life are so powerful and incredible ✨

I truly don’t know who I’d be, or how I would have moved through life, without them 🥰

Through sharing circles, I’ve met the most amazing women from all walks of life… women who have touched my heart deeply, even if we only met once 💫
Some have held me through life’s biggest moments - like the homebirth of my son - and others have become friendships that bring so much joy into my life 🌞

The power of sisterhood never ceases to amaze me 💜

Feeling so grateful to all the women who showed up to the circle on Sunday as we prepared for the Full Pink Moon 🌸🌕

I’ve found myself thinking about it every day since…

The focus of the circle was intuition - something the Pink Full Moon invites us to deepen into and I truly have never felt so in tune with mine. There’s something so powerful about learning to listen, to trust, and follow that inner voice ✨

Hearing each woman share her own experiences with intuition was so special. I will never stop being completely enchanted by the thoughts, feelings, and truths that are shared within circles… it is such an honour to hold space for that 🌿

Thank you for your openness, your presence, and your energy 💚💜

✨ The First Garden Circle 🌿

This circle will be held in a beautiful private garden, offering a chance to step away from the noise of everyday life and to reconnect - not only with yourself and other women, but also with nature 🌱

As with my indoor circles, your first circle is always free. I plan to host these garden circles monthly alongside my indoor gatherings 💫

These gatherings are a space to slow down, soften, and come back into the body. Together, we will focus on grounding - connecting with our breath, our senses, and the earth beneath us 🌼
