We are a non-profit organization that helps feline colonies in Marina Alta. We sterilize, deworm, and feed stray cats.

Additionally, we provide medical assistance to sick cats and strive to rescue as many stray cats as possible from the streets.

Las cuidadoras y cuidadores de colonias llevamos años haciendo un trabajo que muchas veces nadie quiere ver.
Alimentando, cuidando, vigilando y protegiendo a animales que no tienen a nadie más.
Hemos pasado miedo, hemos aguantado críticas, persecuciones y amenazas. Pero también hemos aprendido algo: cuando sabes que unos animales dependen de ti para comer, el miedo se queda en un segundo plano.
Porque cuando llevas años levantándote de madrugada, yendo sola o solo, de noche, llueva o haga frío, los 365 días del año… aprendes que ayudarles es más fuerte que cualquier dificultad.
Las colonias felinas no se abandonan. Se cuidan.
Y quienes las cuidan no se rinden

The caregivers of colonies have been doing work for years that many times nobody wants to see.
Feeding, caring for, watching, and protecting animals that have no one else.
We have been afraid, we have endured criticism, persecution, and threats. But we have also learned something: when you know that some animals depend on you for food, fear takes a back seat.
Because when you have been getting up at dawn for years, going alone at night, rain or cold, 365 days a year… you learn that helping them is stronger than any difficulty.
Feline colonies are not abandoned. They are cared for.
And those who care for them do not give up.

Die Betreuerinnen und Betreuer von Katzenkolonien leisten seit Jahren eine Arbeit, die oft niemand sehen will.
Sie füttern, pflegen, überwachen und schützen Tiere, die sonst niemanden haben.
Wir haben Angst erlebt, haben Kritik, Verfolgung und Drohungen ertragen. Aber wir haben auch etwas gelernt: Wenn du weißt, dass Tiere von dir abhängig sind, um zu essen, rückt die Angst in den Hintergrund.
Denn wenn du seit Jahren früh aufstehst, allein oder zu zweit in der Nacht unterwegs bist, bei Regen oder Kälte, an 365 Tagen im Jahr … lernst du, dass ihnen zu helfen stärker ist als jede Schwierigkeit.
Katzenkolonien werden nicht aufgegeben. Sie werden gepflegt.
Und diejenigen, die sie pflegen, geben nicht auf.

💔 They’ve Been Through Enough — Let’s Give Them the Shelter They Deserve 🐾
Each cat that arrives at our center has a story. Some were abandoned, some barely survived life on the streets, and others were simply forgotten. But here, they’ve finally found safety, care, and a chance at a better life.

We’ve been working hard to make our center a real sanctuary — one that keeps them dry when it rains, warm in winter, protected from the storms they’ve already had too many of in their lives. Thanks to your support, we’re making amazing progress.

But the truth is: the roofing for their outdoor cages has turned out to be far more expensive than we budgeted for — and we simply can’t finish it without help.

We’re asking for kindness. For a shared belief that these animals deserve better.

✨ If you can spare a little — or even share this post — you’ll be helping us finish what we started: giving these cats a true place of safety, no matter the weather.

They’ve weathered enough storms. Let’s not make them face another one without a roof over their heads.
