Dear all

At the recent RBL branch meeting, the majority of members voted to alternate Tuesday social meetings between Ryders bar in Duquesa and O Callaghans bar in sabinillas. Anyone can join You don't need to be ex Military to join the branch. All are welcome.

This months schedule is as follows:

Alternative Tuesdays from 1200hrs:

2nd June Ryders bar Duquesa.
9th June O callaghans bar Sabinillas
16th June Ryders Bar Duquesa
23rd June O Callaghans bar Sabinillas
30th June Ryders Bar Duquesa.

Thanks to all friends family and RBL member's, David Collins and Tony Robertson completed the 64km walk over 2 days to South of Spain HQ in Calahonda. We received a warm welcome from RBL chair Margery Taylor and members of Mijas branch at HQ. Through the generousity of all we managed to raise approx 1500 euros (including a massive 200 euros raised from HQ). Thanks to Manilva life for raising awareness of the RBL, and also Joanne Robertson who was our support vehicle.
All money raised will benefit Veterans and their families in need. Thank you all 🫡

Dear All

Thanks to everyone who has sponsored this event. We have already been pledged over 1000 euros. There is now only the two of us participating in the walk. We will leave next Wednesday 13th May at 0830. Anyone who feels like they can participate and accompany us at any stage of the walk would be appreciated. in addition if anyone would like to sponsor the event please DM the branch. 🙏

Members of the Duquesa Branch RBL are doing a sponsored walk to raise money for the RBL. Wednesday 13th and 14th May 2026. The challenge is to walk from Sabinillas to South of Spain Hq in calahonda, a distance of 64km over two days. Anyone who is interested in supporting, sponsoring or wanting to walk the route please DM the branch. We are currently training for the event every thursday, today we covered 16Km. Everyone is welcome.
