ALVI has been busy for nearly 2 years now.
We have Financially been self sufficient all this time . We need your ongoing support.

We have :
- fed our volunteers street colony cats ( there are independent registered colonies in the town too).

- put up shelters for homeless animals in winter

- treated homeless injured animals and paid the vets fees

- rescued abandoned cats and dogs

- had street cats spayed when necessary

- supported our foster carers with food and vetinary costs.

- bottle fed kittens found in the bins

- reported animal abuse

- purchased milk for families needing to feed abandoned or orphaned babies .

We raise money by membership fees, donations but mainly Monday market stall.

We spend the money raised on vet fees, medication , animal food, equipment and housing.

All the volunteers offer freely their time, petrol, computer skill, accounting, electricity, house clearance skill, meeting time with the town hall, storage, foster homes free as no charge to ALVI. We take nothing from the association and can give many hours free per week.

We hope to have increased support from Castillo de Locubin Town Hall in the coming months. This will enable us to do more with the resources and enthusiasm we have.

We will need your ongoing support to improve the lives of homeless, injured and sick animals .
