HFDHR is a non-profit organization that is concerned with the inclusion of women as one of the segment of the marginalized and excluded groups within the framework of human rights, democracy and equal citizenship. Out of our accumulated field work that extends to more than thirty years in the field of development and human rights, Hatshepsut founders believe that we cannot have a democratic state

that respect the values of justice and equality without integrating all segments and groups in the society especially women in one coherent entity. This could be attained by addressing all factors of cultural, socio-economic and political exclusion and marginalization in the society.

وقد اثبتت خبرات المؤسسين المتراكمة التي تصل لاكثر من ثلاثين عاما انه

لا يمكن أن يتأتى لنا العيش في إطار دولة ديمقراطية تحترم قيم العدالة و المساواة دون
إدماج كل الفئات و المجموعات المجتمعية خاصة المرأة داخل مجتمع واحد متماسك. و لن يتاتى ذلك إلا بمخاطبة كل عوامل الأستبعاد الثقافى و الأجتماعى و الأقتصادى و السياسى و كل أشكال التهميش.


كما نؤمن أن كل إنسان له حقوق أساسية و لديه الفرصة للتمتع بحقوقه الأساسية، ولكل إنسان الحق فى الأختيار و تقرير مصيره دون التعرض للتمييزعلى اساس النوع أو الطبقة أو العرق أو الدين.
