They spent a week learning things nobody puts on a report card.
They chopped vegetables. Pushed a trolley through a supermarket with a list in hand. Sorted out what’s good for their bodies and what isn’t. Did the laundry, badly at first. Stood in the middle of Baron Palace asking who built it and why it looks like that. Wrapped dough around a stick, held it over coals, and watched it the entire time it cooked.
The week was named for roots, and it was built in circles — yourself, then your home, then the street, then the country you come from. Every skill was a way of saying: you belong here, and you can take care of it. We call it Life Schooling, and this is what it looks like in practice.
The last day ended in a colour fight. None of it felt like school.
