🎉 فخورين بمتدربينا في القاهرة وهم بيكملوا رحلتهم في تدريب ريادة الأعمال ضمن برنامج **Train to Hire**، بدعم من برنامج الأغذية العالمي (WFP).

خلال التدريب، بيكتسب المشاركون مهارات عملية في ريادة الأعمال والتسويق، وبيطوروا أفكار مشروعاتهم من خلال جلسات تدريب وإرشاد تساعدهم على بناء خطط عمل قوية.

والرحلة لسه مستمرة! 🚀 مستنيين نشوف أفكارهم وهي بتتطور، ونتمنى لهم كل التوفيق في الخطوات الجاية.

🎉 We’re proud of our trainees in Cairo as they continue their journey through the **Train to Hire** program, with the support of the World Food Programme (WFP).

Throughout the training, participants are developing practical skills in entrepreneurship and marketing, while refining their business ideas through training and mentorship and building strong business plans.

🎉 فخورين جدًا بمتدربينا في أسوان بعد ما خلّصوا تدريب ريادة الأعمال بنجاح ضمن برنامج دعم المشروعات متناهية الصغر.

خلال التدريب، اتعلموا أساسيات ريادة الأعمال والتسويق، وشاركوا في جلسات إرشاد ساعدتهم يطوّروا أفكار مشروعاتهم ويجهزوا خطة عمل قوية.

وكمان لسه الفرصة مكملة! هيكون عندهم فرصة يتنافسوا على منحة لدعم أفضل المشروعات عشان يحولوا أفكارهم لمشروعات على أرض الواقع.

بالتوفيق لكل المشاركين، ومستنين نشوف أفكاركم وهي بتكبر وتحقق نجاح حقيقي.

🎉 We are incredibly proud of our trainees in Aswan for successfully completing the Business Training program under the Microenterprise Support Program!

Throughout the training, participants developed practical skills in entrepreneurship and marketing while receiving mentorship to refine their business ideas and build strong business plans.

Their journey doesn't end here—next, they'll have the opportunity to compete for grants to help turn the most promising business ideas into reality.

في Impact، مؤمنين إن التعليم والمهارات بيفتحوا أبواب لفرص أكتر ومستقبل أفضل.

في اليوم العالمي لمهارات الشباب، فخورين بكل متدربينا وطلابنا اللي بيكملوا رحلة التعلّم والتطوير، وبيستثمروا في مستقبلهم. كل مهارة جديدة هي خطوة نحو فرص أكبر واستقلالية أكتر.

فخورين إننا جزء من رحلتكم.

فخورين بشراكتنا مع برنامج الأغذية العالمي (WFP)، واللي من خلالها قدرنا ندرب 920 متدرب ومتدربة في 3 محافظات، من خلال 11 برنامج تدريب مهني.

من الخياطة والتطريز، لصناعة العطور، وصيانة الأجهزة المنزلية، والضيافة، وغيرها من المجالات، كل مهارة اتعلمها المتدربين كانت خطوة جديدة نحو فرصة عمل، ودخل مستدام، ومستقبل أكثر استقرارًا وأمانًا غذائيًا ليهم ولأسرهم.

الأرقام دي مش مجرد إحصائيات... دي مئات قصص النجاح، وأحلام بتتحقق، ومستقبل بيتبني بإيدين أصحابه.

أكتر من 920 متدرب ومتدربة!🙌

في القاهرة والإسكندرية وأسوان، أكتر من 920 شخص اتعلموا مهارات عملية من خلال 11 تدريب مهني، بدعم من برنامج الأغذية العالمي.

من الخياطة الصناعية، والتطريز، وصناعة العطور، لصيانة الموبايلات، والتركيبات الكهربائية، والحرف اليدوية، وغيرها من التدريبات... كل تدريب كان خطوة حقيقية تساعد المشاركين يبدؤوا مشاريعهم الخاصة، ويبنوا مصدر دخل مستدام، وياخدوا أول خطوة في رحلة نحو مستقبل أكثر استقرارًا وأمنًا غذائيًا ليهم ولعائلاتهم.

لأن كل مهارة جديدة بتفتح باب لفرصة جديدة. 🤍

More than 920 people trained!🙌

Across Cairo, Alexandria, and Aswan, 920+ individuals gained practical, market-driven skills through 11 vocational training programs, supported by the World Food Programme (WFP).

From industrial sewing, embroidery, and fragrance formulation to mobile repair, electrical installation, handicrafts, and more. Each training was designed to equip participants with the skills they need to start their own businesses, build sustainable livelihoods, and move toward a more food-secure future for themselves and their families.

Every skill learned is a step toward greater independence, opportunity, and lasting impact. 🤍

من خلال تدريب الخياطة الصناعية ضمن برنامج "Train to Hire"، بيكتسب المتدربون في الإسكندرية مهارات عملية تساعدهم على دخول سوق العمل بثقة وفتح أبواب جديدة للفرص.

بدعم من برنامج الأغذية العالمي (WFP)، بنسعى لتمكين الأفراد بمهارات مطلوبة في سوق العمل، تساهم في تحسين سبل المعيشة وبناء مستقبل أكثر استقرارًا وأمنًا غذائيًا للأسر والمجتمعات.
