On the 17th of December, USAID's STEP Activity hosted the 'Gender Inclusion for Building a Balanced Society' workshop for 3 days, where participants actively engaged in a variety of activities. Through interactive discussions, collaborative group work, and real-life case studies, we explored the critical role of gender inclusion in creating equitable opportunities and fostering a balanced society. Together, we highlighted the importance of breaking stereotypes, challenging biases, and empowering individuals of all genders to contribute to positive social change.
This workshop was facilitated by Ms. Jasmin Samy, STEP's Consultant. It brought together 26 participants, including 15 Females and 11 Males.

شاركت الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية (USAID) في معرض "تراثنا" لأول مرة من خلال مشروع دعم التحول في أداء المشروعات (STEP)، وقدمت خلاله خدمات أساسية تهدف إلى تعزيز نمو الأعمال. شملت هذه الخدمات المساعدة في تصميم الهويات التجارية وإنشاء مواقع إلكترونية احترافية للعارضين بهدف تعزيز حضورهم في السوق.
خلال المعرض، تفاعل فريق "STEP" بنشاط مع العارضين للترويج للخدمات المقدمة من خلال البرنامج، بهدف الوصول إلى أكبر عدد ممكن من العارضين الذين يمكنهم الاستفادة من هذه الخدمات. ونتيجة لذلك، استفاد إجمالي (202) عارض من كلا الخدمتين، حيث استفاد (186) منهم من تطوير المواقع الإلكترونية و(114) من تصميم الهويات التجارية.

USAID's Supporting Transformation of Enterprise Performance (STEP) Activity, in collaboration with the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise Development Agency (MSMEDA), announced the fourth workshop of the second phase in the “Effective Change Management” series for MSMEDA employees. The event, held on December 2nd–3rd, 2024, took place in Cairo with the goal of empowering MSMEDA's head office employees and enhancing growth and compliance within its organizational structure.

The objective of the "Effective Change Management" workshop was to equip MSMEDA employees with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate and lead organizational change effectively.
