تتقدم مؤسسة التعاون العربى الإفريقى بأصدق التهاني والتبريكات إلى حكومة وشعب جمهورية توغو الصديقة بمناسبة حلول عيد الاستقلال، هذه الذكرى الوطنية الغالية التي تجسد تطلعات الشعب التوغولي نحو الحرية والتقدم والازدهار.
إننا في المؤسسة، إذ نشارككم فرحة هذه المناسبة الهامة، نؤكد على عمق العلاقات الأخوية والتعاون الوثيق التي تربط بين دولنا العربية والأفريقية، والتي كانت جمهورية توغو شريكاً فاعلاً في تعزيزها وتنميتها.
لقد كان لجمهورية مصر العربية دور هام في دعم مسيرة التنمية في جمهورية توغو على مر السنوات. فعلى سبيل المثال لا الحصر :-
في مجال التدريب وبناء القدرات: استضافت مصر العديد من الدورات التدريبية للكوادر التوغولية في مجالات متنوعة مثل الدبلوماسية والزراعة والصحة. على سبيل المثال، في عام 2018، شارك وفد من الدبلوماسيين التوغوليين في دورة تدريبية متخصصة في القاهرة نظمها المعهد الدبلوماسي المصري.
في المجال الطبي والإنساني: قدمت مصر مساعدات طبية وإنسانية لجمهورية توغو في أوقات الحاجة. على سبيل المثال، في عام 2020، أرسلت مصر شحنة من المستلزمات الطبية لمساعدة توغو في مواجهة جائحة كوفيد-19.
في مجال التعاون الفني: تبادلت مصر وتوغو الخبرات الفنية في مجالات مثل إدارة المياه والري. على سبيل المثال، في عام 2015، قام خبراء مصريون بزيارة توغو لتقديم استشارات فنية حول تطوير نظم الري.
نتطلع في مؤسسة التعاون العربي الأفريقي إلى تعزيز أواصر التعاون المشترك مع جمهورية توغو في مختلف المجالات بما يخدم مصالح شعبينا الشقيقين ويعزز التكامل الأفريقي.

La Fondation de la Coopération Arabo-Africaine présente ses sincères félicitations et ses meilleurs vœux au gouvernement (Primature Togo) et au peuple de la République Togolaise amie à l'occasion de la Fête de l'Indépendance, cette précieuse commémoration nationale qui incarne les aspirations du peuple togolais à la liberté, au progrès et à la prospérité.
Au sein de la Fondation, alors que nous partageons la joie de cette importante occasion, nous soulignons la profondeur des relations fraternelles et de la coopération étroite qui unissent nos nations arabes et africaines, et dans lesquelles la République Togolaise a été un partenaire actif dans leur renforcement et leur développement.
La République Arabe d'Égypte a joué un rôle important dans le soutien au processus de développement de la République Togolaise au fil des ans. Par exemple :-
Dans le domaine de la formation et du renforcement des capacités : L'Égypte a accueilli de nombreux stages de formation pour les cadres togolais dans divers domaines tels que la diplomatie, l'agriculture et la santé. Par exemple, en 2018, une délégation de diplomates togolais a participé à un cours de formation spécialisé au Caire organisé par l'Institut Diplomatique Égyptien.
Dans le domaine médical et humanitaire : L'Égypte a fourni une assistance médicale et humanitaire à la République Togolaise en temps de besoin. Par exemple, en 2020, l'Égypte a envoyé une cargaison de fournitures médicales pour aider le Togo à faire face à la pandémie de COVID-19.
Dans le domaine de la coopération technique : L'Égypte et le Togo ont échangé des expertises techniques dans des domaines tels que la gestion de l'eau et l'irrigation. Par exemple, en 2015, des experts égyptiens ont visité le Togo pour fournir des conseils techniques sur le développement des systèmes d'irrigation.
Au sein de la Fondation de la Coopération Arabo-Africaine, nous aspirons à renforcer les liens de coopération conjointe avec la République Togolaise dans divers domaines, au service des intérêts de nos deux peuples frères et au renforcement de l'intégration africaine.
Nous prions Allah Tout-Puissant de perpétuer la sécurité, la stabilité et la prospérité de la République Togolaise, et d'accorder à son peuple davantage de progrès et de prospérité.

تتقدم مؤسسة التعاون العربى الإفريقى بأصدق التهاني والتبريكات إلى حكومة وشعب جمهورية جنوب أفريقيا الصديقة بمناسبة حلول يوم الحرية، هذه الذكرى التاريخية العظيمة التي تجسد الانتصار على التمييز العنصري ونيل الحرية والكرامة الإنسانية.
إننا في المؤسسة، إذ نشارككم احتفالاتكم بهذه المناسبة الهامة، نؤكد على عمق الروابط التاريخية والتضامن الأخوي الذي جمع على الدوام بين دولنا العربية ودول القارة الأفريقية، وكانت جمهورية جنوب أفريقيا رمزاً للنضال من أجل الحرية والعدالة.
لقد كان لجمهورية مصر العربية دور هام ومستمر في دعم نضال شعب جنوب أفريقيا ضد نظام الأبارتايد. فعلى سبيل المثال لا الحصر :-
الدعم السياسي والدبلوماسي: لعبت مصر دوراً فاعلاً في المحافل الدولية والإقليمية لفضح ممارسات نظام الفصل العنصري والمطالبة بإنهاءه، وقدمت الدعم السياسي والدبلوماسي لحركات التحرر في جنوب أفريقيا.
الدعم المادي واللوجستي: قدمت مصر الدعم المادي واللوجستي لحركات التحرر الجنوب أفريقية، واستضافت قياداتها وكوادرها وقدمت لهم التدريب والتأهيل.
التضامن الشعبي: شهدت مصر حراكاً شعبياً واسعاً للتضامن مع شعب جنوب أفريقيا ونضاله العادل من أجل الحرية والكرامة.
كما نود أن نشيد بموقف جمهورية جنوب أفريقيا الثابت والمناصر للقضية الفلسطينية العادلة، ودفاعها المستمر عن حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني في المحافل الدولية. إن هذا الموقف النبيل يعكس قيم التحرر والعدالة التي ناضل من أجلها شعب جنوب أفريقيا، وهو محل تقدير واحترام كبيرين في العالم العربي.

The Arab Republic of Egypt has played an important and continuous role in supporting the struggle of the people of South Africa against the apartheid regime. For example :-
Political and Diplomatic Support: Egypt played an active role in international and regional forums to expose the practices of the apartheid regime and demand its end, and provided political and diplomatic support to liberation movements in South Africa.
Material and Logistical Support: Egypt provided material and logistical support to South African liberation movements, hosted their leaders and cadres, and provided them with training and rehabilitation.
Popular Solidarity: Egypt witnessed a broad popular movement in solidarity with the people of South Africa and their just struggle for freedom and dignity.
We would also like to commend the steadfast and supportive stance of the Republic of South Africa towards the just Palestinian cause, and its continuous defense of the rights of the Palestinian people in international forums. This noble stance reflects the values of liberation and justice for which the people of South Africa struggled, and it is highly appreciated and respected in the Arab world.
We ask Allah Almighty to grant the Republic of South Africa continued security, stability, progress, and prosperity, and for the close cooperation between our countries to continue for the good of our peoples and our African continent.

إننا في المؤسسة، إذ نشارككم فرحة هذه المناسبة التاريخية، نؤكد على أهمية تعزيز أواصر التعاون والتضامن بين دولنا العربية والأفريقية، والتي كانت جمهورية سيراليون على الدوام عضواً فاعلاً ومساهماً في دعم هذه الروابط.

في مجال حفظ السلام والأمن: شاركت مصر بقوات حفظ سلام ضمن بعثات الأمم المتحدة في سيراليون، مساهمةً في تحقيق الاستقرار والأمن في البلاد بعد سنوات من الصراع.
في مجال التعاون الاقتصادي: سعت مصر إلى تعزيز التبادل التجاري والاستثماري مع سيراليون من خلال تبادل الوفود التجارية واستكشاف الفرص المتاحة للتعاون المشترك.

In the field of economic cooperation: Egypt has sought to enhance trade and investment exchange with Sierra Leone through the exchange of trade delegations and the exploration of available opportunities for joint cooperation.

إننا في المؤسسة، إذ نشارككم فرحة هذه المناسبة العزيزة، نؤكد على عمق العلاقات التاريخية والروابط الأخوية المتينة التي تجمع بين دولنا العربية والأفريقية، والتي كانت جمهورية تنزانيا المتحدة على الدوام ركيزة أساسية في تعزيزها وتطويرها.

يسر مؤسستنا أن تتقدم بأصدق التهاني والتبريكات بمناسبة انطلاق فعاليات الأسبوع الأفريقي باليونسكو لهذا العام، والذي يبدأ اليوم الموافق 19 مايو.

نرى في هذا الأسبوع فرصة عظيمة لتسليط الضوء على الثراء والتنوع الذي تتمتع به قارتنا الأفريقية في مجالات الثقافة والفنون والعلوم والتراث.

تؤمن مؤسسة التعاون العربي الافريقي إيمانًا راسخًا بأهمية تعزيز أواصر الصداقة والتعاون بين العالمين العربي والأفريقي، وقد تجسد هذا الإيمان في العديد من المبادرات والفعاليات التي نظمتها وشاركت فيها المؤسسة على مدار السنوات الماضية.

ويطيب لنا في هذه المناسبة أن نستذكر بكل فخر واعتزاز ملتقى الصداقة العربية الأفريقية الذي أقامته مؤسستنا، والذي حظي بحضور نخبة من كبار الشخصيات الأفريقية والعربية. لقد كان هذا الملتقى منصة هامة لتبادل الرؤى والأفكار وتعزيز الحوار البناء الذي يخدم مصالح شعوبنا وتطلعاتها نحو مستقبل أكثر ازدهارًا وسلامًا.

Our Foundation is pleased to extend its sincere congratulations on the occasion of the launch of this year's UNESCO Africa Week, which begins today, May 19.

We see this week as a great opportunity to highlight the richness and diversity of our African continent in the fields of culture, arts, science, and heritage.

The Arab-African Cooperation Foundation firmly believes in the importance of strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the Arab and African worlds. This belief has been embodied in the numerous initiatives and events it has organized and participated in over the past years.

On this occasion, we are pleased to proudly recall the Arab-African Friendship Forum organized by our Foundation, which was attended by a number of prominent African and Arab figures. This forum was an important platform for exchanging visions and ideas and promoting constructive dialogue that serves the interests of our peoples and their aspirations for a more prosperous and peaceful future.

عيد استقلال السنغال هو احتفال سنوي يقام في 4 أبريل من كل عام منذ 1960م.
إنه يوم وطني مهم في السنغال، وعادة ما يتم الاحتفال به بالعديد من الفعاليات والأنشطة، بما في ذلك :-
العروض العسكرية: تقام عادة عروض عسكرية في العاصمة داكار.
المسيرات والاحتفالات الشعبية: تشهد المدن والقرى مسيرات واحتفالات تعبر عن الفخر الوطني.
الخطابات الرسمية: يلقي رئيس الجمهورية والقيادات العليا من المسؤولين خطابات بهذه المناسبة.
البرامج الثقافية والفنية: تقام العديد من الفعاليات الثقافية والفنية التي تسلط الضوء على تاريخ وتراث السنغال.
تكريم الشخصيات الوطنية: يتم تكريم الأفراد الذين ساهموا في استقلال ونماء البلاد.
عيد استقلال السنغال هو فرصة للشعب السنغالي للاحتفال بتاريخه ووحدته الوطنية والتطلع إلى مستقبل مزدهر.

الجامعة العربية تؤكد علي بيان مؤسسة التعاون العربى الافريقى🖇

تسعى جامعة الدول العربية إلى حشد الدعم للقضية الفلسطينية في كافة المحافل الدولية والتكتلات الإقليمية، ومن ذلك مثلا الذي يكتسب أهمية خاصة في ظل محاولات التغلغل الاسرائيلي في #أفريقيا، ففي عام 2017 أصدر مجلس جامعة الدول العربية خلال دورة استثنائية قرارا بإنشاء آلية تنسيق ثلاثية المشتركة بين ومفوضية و ، وتضم ممثلاً عن دولة #فلسطين لتنسيق المواقف وبحث سبل دعم القضية الفلسطينية في المحافل الدولية.

انطلاقا من دور مؤسسة التعاون العربى الإفريقى في تعزيز أطر التعاون العربي الافريقي في كافة المجالات الأمنية والسياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، وارتباطا بمناسبة الذكرى الثمانين لإنشاء الجامعة العربية ، فانه من دواعي الشرف والسرور أن تتوجه المؤسسة باسمي آيات التقدير والتبجيل للجامعة العربية ، بيت العرب ومنبره ، ونبراس الدول والشعوب العربية ، نحو مستقبل أكثر إشراقا وازدهارا.

لقد مضى على مولد الجامعة العربية ثمانون عاما ، جسدت خلالها إرادة الشعوب العربية في تعزيز التعاون ، وتعظيم التضامن ، ودفع العمل العربي المشترك الى آفاق أرحب ، بما يحقق المصالح المشتركة في اتساق مع ما تنشده الشعوب العربية وتعقد عليه من الآمال والتطلعات.

لقد اضطلعت الجامعة العربية بدور محوري إيجابي وبناء في مواجهة تحديات جسام عبر مسيرتها على مدى تلك الحقبة من التاريخ العربي، من أبرزها مواكبة الجامعة العربية لتحرر واستقلال دول عربية ، ومواجهة فترة الحرب الباردة والاستقطاب الدولي الحاد ، والدفاع عن قضايا عربية عديدة على رأسها القضية الفلسطينية التي تواجه حاليا التحدي الأخطر في تاريخ النضال الفلسطيني والمتمثل في صراع محتدم بين محاولات التصفية وحتمية التسوية.

مثلما اضطلعت الجامعة العربية بدور محوري ايجابي وبناء في قضايا الأمن القومي العربي ، وفي قضايا وأزمات سياسية بدول عربية تبنت في مواجهتها نهج فض النزاعات بالطرق السلمية. كما ساهمت في تعزيز فرص التعاون الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي عبر الآليات والأجهزة المتخصصة بالجامعة في هذا الصدد.

وفي هذه المناسبة التاريخية ، فان مؤسسة التعاون العربي الافريقي يحدوها الأمل في إطار العلاقات النشطة بين الجامعة العربية والمنظمات الإقليمية وخاصة الاتحاد الافريقي ، العمل على الارتقاء بالعلاقة بين المنظمتين - الجامعة العربية والاتحاد الأفريقي - الى مستوى الشراكة الاستراتيجية القائمة على التعاون الاستراتيجي في المجال الأمني والسياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي ، ربطا ببرامج التنمية المستدامة بقطاعتها السبعة عشر ، وقضايا دولية المتربطة بتغيرات المناخ بجانب الأمن الغذائي ، والأمن المائي ، وأمن الطاقة ، وفي اطار رؤية استراتيجية تقضى بأن البحر الاحمر للوصل وليس للفصل بين الجانبين . كما وأن أفاق التكامل في الاطار الاقتصادي بينهما بحكم ما لديهما ، من قدرات وإمكانات وموارد متنوعة ، تعد كبيرة وواعدة.

إن المؤسسة على عهد بالتزامها الاسهام في دعم الأهداف النبيلة للجامعة العربية والارتقاء بالعلاقات العربية الافريقية إلى آفاق أرحب ومستقبل أكثر اشراقا وازدهارا ، كمؤسسة غير حكومية تتضافر جهودها مع أنشطة الآليات الحالية القائمة ، وما قد يستحدث من آليات بين الجامعة العربية والاتحاد الافريقي في المجالات المختلفة.

Statement on the Occasion of the 80th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Arab League

In light of the role of the Arab-African Cooperation Foundation in enhancing the frameworks of Arab-African cooperation across all security, political, economic, and social fields, and in connection with the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Arab League, it is both an honor and a pleasure for the Foundation to extend its deepest appreciation and respect to the Arab League— the house and platform of the Arabs, and the beacon of Arab nations and peoples—towards a future of greater brilliance and prosperity.

It has been eighty years since the founding of the Arab League, during which it has embodied the will of the Arab peoples to strengthen cooperation, deepen solidarity, and elevate Arab joint action to broader horizons, achieving common interests in alignment with the aspirations and hopes of the Arab people.

The Arab League has played a central, positive, and constructive role in confronting major challenges throughout its history over these decades. Among the most significant moments in its journey are its support for the liberation and independence of Arab countries, its response to the Cold War and intense international polarization, and its defense of many Arab causes, foremost among them the Palestinian issue. This issue is currently facing the most critical challenge in the history of the Palestinian struggle, marked by a fierce conflict between attempts at liquidation and the necessity of a peaceful settlement.

The Arab League has also undertaken a vital, positive, and constructive role in issues of Arab national security and in addressing political crises in Arab countries, adopting a peaceful approach to conflict resolution. Additionally, the League has contributed to enhancing opportunities for economic, social, and cultural cooperation through the specialized mechanisms and bodies within the League in this regard.

On this historic occasion, the Arab-African Cooperation Foundation, driven by hope and guided by the active relations between the Arab League and regional organizations, especially the African Union, seeks to elevate the relationship between the two organizations—the Arab League and the African Union— to a level of strategic partnership based on cooperation in the security, political, economic, and social domains, linking it to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) across all 17 sectors, along with international issues related to climate change, food security, water security, and energy security. This is framed within a strategic vision that views the Red Sea as a bridge, not a barrier, between the two sides. The potential for economic integration between them, given the diverse capabilities, resources, and opportunities available, is vast and promising.

The Foundation is committed to supporting the noble goals of the Arab League and enhancing Arab-African relations, pushing them toward broader horizons and a more promising, prosperous future. As a non-governmental organization, its efforts will complement the ongoing activities of existing mechanisms and any new mechanisms that may emerge between the Arab League and the African Union in various fields.
