📐 The building was conceived as a vertical landscape system, where working environments are distributed throughout a series of suspended gardens. Rather than treating vegetation as a decorative element added to the façade, the gardens become integral architectural spaces embedded within the building’s massing—penetrating the building and creating a continuous connection between the workplace, nature, and the city.

The project forms part of the real estate development landscape in the Iraqi market, responding to the growing demand for high-quality administrative and office spaces in the capital, Baghdad. It aims to attract international and regional companies while establishing itself as an architectural landmark on the Baghdad skyline, overlooking the Tigris River and contributing to the city’s economic development.

📐 صُمِّم المبنى كمنظومة مناظر طبيعية رأسية، تتوزع فيها بيئات العمل داخل سلسلة من الحدائق المعلقة. فبدلاً من التعامل مع النباتات كعنصر تجميلي يضاف إلى الواجهة، تصبح الحدائق فراغات معمارية مندمجة في تكوين الكتلة، تخترق المبنى وتربط بيئة العمل بالطبيعة والمدينة.
المشروع يعتبر ضمن منظومة التطوير العقاري في السوق العراقي، ويهدف الي توفير الطلب المتزايد علي المساحات الإدارية والمكتبية في العاصمة بغداد، ومن ثم اجتذاب الشركات العالمية والإقليمية، حيث يعتبر المشروع أيقونة وعلامة مميزة في سماء بغداد وبإطلالة علي نهر دجلة، واضافة الي قاطرة التنمية الاقتصادية.

🏡 Project Type: Government Diplomatic

📐It is a government project of the headquarters of the Consulate of the State of Uzbekistan with the aim of improving the increasing demands for diplomatic services (immigration / visas / facilitation of services for state citizens / and others). The project is considered an icon in the international diplomatic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in addition to the locomotive of tourism development in the Kingdom's economy and Vision 2030, within the tourism public services system and includes an international school for citizens of Uzbekistan to meet the needs of its citizens.

📐 وهو مشروع حكومي لمقر قنصلية دولة أوزبكستان بهدف تحسين الطلبات المتزايدة علي الخدمات الدبلوماسية ( الهجرة/ التأشيرات/ تيسير خدمات مواطني الدولة/ وغيرها) ، ويعتبر المشروع أيقونة في الدبلوماسية الدولية في المملكة السعودية، اضافة الي قاطرة التنمية السياحية في اقتصاد المملكة ورؤية ٢٠٣٠، وذلك ضمن منظومة الخدمات العامة السياحية ويشمل مدرسة دولية لمواطني دولة أوزبكستان لتلبية احتياجات مواطنيها.
