Justice and Peace building is a young organization with determination and will; it has a well-experienced staff qualified to have a positive impact on the society, to acquire more experiences to be a positive added value. JP uses tools, means, techniques and methodologies of dialogue to contribute to achieving a positive social transition, to tackling social problems such as marginalization, elimi
nation and polarization. The purpose of such methodology is to work on creating an environment suitable for accepting diversity, differences and tolerance. Another purpose is to support re-routing development plans in order to achieve prosperity and gain for all, as well as building the culture and bridges of peace. JP works closely with other NGOs and civic organization to administer and increase exerted efforts to achieve common objectives and to spread humanitarian objectives. It assists works with governmental institutions to contribute to and participate in spreading the culture of peace and the economic development, makes recommendations reflected in public policies and increases the quality of services. JP is dedicated to achieving development and preserving the organization as such with professional quality and crafty professionalism.
العدل وبناء السلام منظمة شابة تتحلى بالعزم والإرادة وتتمتع بفريق عمل له من الخبرات والتجارب ما يؤهله للقيام بدور ايجابي فى المجتمع، ويمكنه من اكتساب المزيد من الخبرات لتحقيق قيمة ايجابية مضافة. تعتمد "جى –بى" أدوات ووسائل وتقنيات ومنهجيات الحوار للمساهمة فى تحقيق التحول الاجتماعى الايجابى ومعالجة المشكلات الإجتماعية مثل التهميش، والإقصاء، والاستقطاب. والقصد من هذا النهج هو العمل على خلق بيئة ملائمة لقبول التنوع و الاختلاف والتسامح، ودعم إعادة توجيه خطط التنمية لتحقيق الرخاء والنفع للجميع، وكذلك بناء ثقافة وجسور السلام.
تعمل "جى – بى" فى شراكة وثيقة مع المنظمات الغير حكومية والمنظمات المدنية لإدارة ومضاعفة الجهد المبذول لتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة وكذلك نشر الأهداف الإنسانية. كما تدعم العمل مع المؤسسات الحكومية للمساهمة والمشاركة فى نشر ثقافة السلام والتنمية الإقتصادية وإعداد توصيات تنعكس فى السياسات العامة ورفع مستوى جودة الخدمات. وتخلص "جى – بى" الجهد لتحقيق التطور والحفاظ على المنظمة كمنظمة ذات جودة مهنية وحرفية عالية.
