🌸 اليوم العالمي للمرأة – 8 مارس
في هذا اليوم نحتفل بكل امرأة تناضل كل يوم من أجل حياة أفضل.
نحتفل بالنساء العاملات، بالنساء اللواتي يواجهن التحديات، وبكل امرأة تسعى لتكون لها كلمة ودور في مجتمعها.
ما زالت كثير من النساء في عالمنا يواجهن التمييز وعدم المساواة، في العمل، وفي الفرص، وأحيانًا حتى في أبسط حقوقهن. لذلك نؤمن في الشبيبة العاملة أن صوت النساء مهم، وأن مشاركة المرأة في المجتمع والعمل ليست خيارًا بل حقًا أساسيًا.
نريد عالمًا تستطيع فيه كل امرأة أن تعيش بكرامة، وأن تعمل بكرامة، وأن تُسمع كلمتها.
كل عام وكل امرأة قوية، شجاعة، وصانعة للتغيير.

Today we celebrate every woman who struggles every day for a better life.
We celebrate working women, women who face challenges, and every woman who seeks to have a voice and a role in her community.
Many women around the world still face discrimination and inequality, at work, in opportunities, and sometimes even in their basic rights. That is why we believe in the Young Christian Workers movement that women’s voices matter and that women’s participation in society and work is not a choice, but a fundamental right.
We dream of a world where every woman can live with dignity, work with dignity, and have her voice heard.
Happy International Women’s Day to every strong, courageous woman who continues to create change.
