روتاري مصر يدعم التمكين الاقتصادي للسيدات في قرية كلمشاة بالفيوم بتسليم 10 ماكينات خياطة بمشاركة 29 ناديًا روتاريًا

شهد د. حسام فرحات، محافظ المنطقة الروتارية 2451 مصر، مشاركة لجنة تمكين المرأة بالمنطقة الروتارية بالتعاون مع لجنة خدمة المجتمع في مشروع تطوير قرية كلمشاة بمركز إطسا بمحافظة الفيوم، ضمن أحد أكبر مشروعات التنمية المجتمعية التي ينفذها روتاري مصر.

وتضمن المشروع دعم التمكين الاقتصادي للسيدات المعيلات من خلال توفير 10 ماكينات خياطة بتكلفة 126,500 جنيه، بعد تدريب المستفيدات على مهنة الخياطة، بما يساهم في توفير فرص عمل ومصادر دخل مستدامة لهن ولأسرهن.

وجاءت المبادرة بمشاركة 29 ناديًا روتاريًا من القاهرة والإسكندرية ودمنهور وسيناء، وبحضور مساعدي محافظ المنطقة، ورؤساء وأعضاء الأندية الروتارية، وأعضاء لجنة تمكين المرأة، وقيادات جمعية الأورمان، إلى جانب ممثلي وسائل الإعلام الذين قاموا بتغطية فعاليات المشروع.

كما شمل مشروع تطوير القرية تطوير وتأهيل 19 منزلًا، وإنشاء أسقف للمنازل المستهدفة، ورصف الطرق، وإنارة شوارع القرية، وتنفيذ 220 وصلة مياه، وتسليم 50 كرسيًا متحركًا لذوي الهمم، بالإضافة إلى توزيع بطاطين وتنفيذ مشروعات صغيرة ومتناهية الصغر لشباب القرية.

ويجسد المشروع شعار الروتاري للعام 2025-2026 «نتحد من أجل الخير»، من خلال تعاون الأندية الروتارية ولجان المنطقة وشركاء التنمية لتحقيق أثر مستدام وتحسين جودة الحياة للأسر الأولى بالرعاية بمحافظة

تم افتتاح قريه قلمشاة بالفيوم مركز اطسا بحضور محافظ المنطقه الروتاريه ٢٤٥١ د حسام فرحات و الاستاذ احمد الجندي ريس مجلس اداره جمعيه الاورمان و المهندس ممدوح رسلان ريس الشركه القابضه لمياه الشرب السابق ومستشار وزيره الاسكان و روساء و اعضاء الانديه الروتاريه المشاركه في تطوير القريه بالاشتراك مع جمعيه الاورمان القائم علي تنفيذ المشروع .. و قد رأست لجنة خدمه المجتمع و رئاسة مشروع تطوير قريه قلمشاه الزميلة رئيس سابق علا النوري
شارك ٦٢ نادي من الانديه الروتاريه في المشروع بتكلفه ٦ مليون جنيه في تطوير ١٨ منزل بالكامل و فرش البيوت و بعض من الاجهزه المنزليه و تم توصيل ٢٢٠ وصله مياه الي قري كلمشاه و مركز اطسا بالاضافه الي ٥٠ كرسي متحرك لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصه .. و قدمت لجنه تمكين المرأة برياسه الزميله جيهان طامو ١٠ ماكينات خياطه و قدمت الزميله حنان المغربي مؤسسه مصطفي السلاب سيراميك لكل بيوت القريه و قدمت شركه تاكي مراتب البيوت و شركه فوتك كل اضاءه البيوت و شوارع القريه و الاورمان قدمت مشلاركه بمليون جنيه و قامت بتنفيذ تطوير المشروع علي اكمل وجه
وشركه MIS و اتحاد الجميع معا لتوفير حياه كريمه و تغيير حياه الناس يتماشي مع شعار الروتاري لهذا العام " Unite for God "

Qalamshah Village in Fayoum, Atsa District, was officially inaugurated in the presence of Rotary District Governor, Hossam A. Farahat; Mr. Ahmed El Gendy, Chairman of the Board of the Orman Association; Eng. Mamdouh Raslan, former Chairman of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater and Advisor to the Minister of Housing; along with presidents and members of the participating Rotary clubs that contributed to the village development project in partnership with the Orman Association, which was responsible for implementing the project.

PP Ola El Noury is the Chair of the Community Service Committee and Project Chair for the Development of Qalamshah Village.

A total of 62 Rotary clubs participated in the project, with an investment of EGP 6 million. The project included the complete renovation of 18 homes, furnishing the houses, and providing essential household appliances. In addition, 220 water connections were installed for families in Qalamshah Village and throughout Atsa District, and 50 wheelchairs were distributed to individuals with special needs.

The Women’s Empowerment Committee, chaired by Rotarian Gihan Tamo, donated 10 sewing machines to support income-generating opportunities for women.

Rotarian Hanan El Maghraby, through the Mostafa El Sallab Foundation, provided ceramic tiles for all village homes. Taki Company supplied mattresses for the houses, while Photek Company provided lighting for both the homes and village streets. The Orman Association contributed EGP 1 million and executed the development project to the highest standards.

Additional support was provided by MIS Company, reflecting a collective commitment to providing a dignified life and creating meaningful change in people’s lives, in line with Rotary’s theme for this year: “Unite for Good.”

‎روتاري مصر بقيادة د. حسام فرحات يطلق برنامجًا لمحو الأمية الإلكترونية وتمكين 17 طالبة بالإسكندرية

في إطار جهود روتاري مصر بقيادة د. حسام فرحات، محافظ المنطقة الروتارية 2451 مصر، لتمكين المرأة وتعزيز قدراتها في مجالات التكنولوجيا والتحول الرقمي، نفذت لجنة تمكين المرأة مشروعًا لمحو الأمية الإلكترونية بالتعاون مع الأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والنقل البحري – قسم النظم والمعلومات، وبمشاركة نادي روتاري الإسكندرية جولدن رايدرز و18 ناديًا روتاريًا.

وتضمن المشروع تنفيذ برنامج Digital Literacy and Productivity Tools: Women Empowerment Program، وهو برنامج تدريبي مكثف يجمع بين الجانبين النظري والعملي، واستمر على مدار أربعة لقاءات تدريبية خلال أسبوعين، بهدف تزويد المشاركات بالمهارات الأساسية لاستخدام الحاسب الآلي، وبرامج مايكروسوفت المختلفة، إلى جانب تنمية مهارات استخدام الإنترنت والبريد الإلكتروني وأدوات الإنتاجية الرقمية.

واستفادت من البرنامج 17 طالبة من كلية إدارة الأعمال بجامعة الإسكندرية، حيث حصلن على شهادات اجتياز معتمدة عقب إتمام التدريب بنجاح، كما تم تقديم مكافآت مالية للمتدربات تقديرًا لالتزامهن وتميزهن طوال فترة البرنامج.

ويعكس هذا المشروع حرص روتاري مصر على دعم المرأة وتأهيلها لمتطلبات سوق العمل الحديث، من خلال تعزيز مهاراتها الرقمية وتمكينها من استخدام التكنولوجيا بكفاءة، بما يسهم في توسيع فرصها التعليمية والمهنية، ويعزز دورها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وبناء مستقبل أكثر إشراقًا

Rotary Egypt, Led by Dr. Hossam Farahat, Launches a Digital Literacy Program Empowering 17 Female Students in Alexandria

As part of Rotary Egypt’s efforts, under the leadership of Dr. Hossam Farahat, Governor of Rotary District 2451 Egypt, to empower women and enhance their capabilities in technology and digital transformation, the Women Empowerment Committee implemented a Digital Literacy Project in cooperation with the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) – Department of Information Systems, with the participation of the Rotary Club of Alexandria Golden Riders and 18 Rotary clubs.

The project featured the Digital Literacy and Productivity Tools: Women Empowerment Program, an intensive training program that combined both theoretical and practical learning. Conducted over four training sessions across two weeks, the program aimed to equip participants with essential computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and practical knowledge of internet usage, email communication, and digital productivity tools.

The program benefited 17 female students from the Faculty of Business, Alexandria University. Upon successfully completing the training, participants received accredited certificates of completion. Financial incentives were also provided to the trainees in recognition of their commitment, dedication, and outstanding performance throughout the program.

This project reflects Rotary Egypt’s commitment to supporting women and preparing them for the demands of the modern job market by strengthening their digital skills and enabling them to use technology effectively. روتاري مصري عم تطوير الكوادر التمريضية عبر ٣برامج تدريبية متخصصة بمشاركة 42 ناديًا روتاريًا

في إطار اهتمام روتاري مصر بقيادة د. حسام فرحات، محافظ المنطقة الروتارية 2451 مصر، بتمكين المرأة ودعم المنظومة الصحية، نفذت لجنة تمكين المرأة مشروعًا متكاملًا لتدريب الكوادر التمريضية، بالتعاون مع كليتي التمريض بجامعتي الإسكندرية والقاهرة، وبمشاركة نادي روتاري الإسكندرية هاربر و42 ناديًا روتاريًا من مختلف أنحاء مصر.

استهدفت المرحلة الأولى من المشروع تدريب 42 ممرضة من المستشفيات الحكومية والجامعية بمحافظة الإسكندرية على أساليب الرعاية التمريضية المتخصصة لمرضى التنفس الصناعي داخل وحدات العناية المركزة، بتكلفة بلغت 14,500 جنيه، مع منح المتدربات شهادات معتمدة من كلية التمريض بجامعة الإسكندرية.

وشملت المرحلة الثانية تدريب 35 ممرضة من عدد من المستشفيات والمؤسسات الطبية على أحدث أساليب الرعاية التمريضية لمرضى الأورام السرطانية، بتكلفة 27,000 جنيه، حيث حصلت المشاركات على شهادات معتمدة من جامعة الإسكندرية بعد اجتياز البرنامج التدريبي.

أما المرحلة الثالثة، فتتضمن تدريب 40 ممرضة على مهارات الرعاية التمريضية المتخصصة لكبار السن، بالتعاون مع كلية التمريض بجامعة القاهرة، وبتكلفة 40,000 جنيه، على أن تحصل المتدربات على شهادات معتمدة عقب الانتهاء من البرنامج.

ويعكس هذا المشروع التزام روتاري مصر بالاستثمار في العنصر البشري، ورفع كفاءة الكوادر التمريضية باعتبارها أحد الركائز الأساسية للمنظومة الصحية، بما يسهم في تحسين جودة الخدمات الطبية المقدمة للمرضى، ودعم جهود التنمية الصحية المستدامة في المجتمع المصري

Rotary Egypt Develops Nursing Professionals Through Three Specialized Training Programs with the Participation of 42 Rotary Clubs

As part of Rotary Egypt’s commitment, under the leadership of Dr. Hossam Farahat, Governor of Rotary District 2451 Egypt, to women’s empowerment and strengthening the healthcare system, the Women Empowerment Committee implemented a comprehensive project to train nursing professionals in cooperation with the Faculties of Nursing at Alexandria University and Cairo University, with the participation of the Rotary Club of Alexandria Harbor and 42 Rotary clubs from across Egypt.

The first phase of the project focused on training 42 nurses from governmental and university hospitals in Alexandria Governorate on specialized nursing care for patients requiring mechanical ventilation in intensive care units. The program was implemented at a cost of EGP 14,500, and participants received accredited certificates from the Faculty of Nursing at Alexandria University.

The second phase provided training for 35 nurses from various hospitals and healthcare institutions on the latest nursing care practices for cancer patients. Implemented at a cost of EGP 27,000, the program enabled participants to receive accredited certificates from Alexandria University upon successful completion of the training.

The third phase involves training 40 nurses in specialized geriatric nursing care skills in cooperation with the Faculty of Nursing at Cairo University, at a cost of EGP 40,000. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive accredited certificates recognizing their achievement.

This project reflects Rotary Egypt’s commitment to investing in human capital and enhancing the capabilities of nursing professionals, who represent one of the fundamental pillars of the healthcare system. By strengthening nursing competencies, the initiative contributes to improving the quality of healthcare services provided to patients and supports sustainable healthcare development across Egyptian communities

The Spirit of Rotary Shines in Luxor: 15 Rotary Clubs Unite to End Polio

In a powerful demonstration of cooperation and Service Above Self, 15 Rotary Clubs joined forces in Luxor Governorate in support of the global effort to End Polio, Rotary’s flagship humanitarian initiative and one of the most significant public health campaigns in the world.

This broad participation reflected the strength of teamwork and solidarity among the clubs of Rotary Egypt, reaffirming their commitment to protecting children’s health and raising community awareness about the importance of vaccination and disease prevention. These efforts contribute to building a healthier and safer future for generations to come.

لجنة الصحة النفسية بروتاري مصر تنشر الوعي وتعزز جودة الحياة بالمجتمع

واصلت لجنة الصحة النفسية بالمنطقة الروتارية 2451 مصر جهودها المتميزة خلال العام الروتاري 2025-2026، من خلال تنفيذ مجموعة متنوعة من المبادرات والبرامج الهادفة إلى نشر الوعي بأهمية الصحة النفسية وتعزيز جودة الحياة، في إطار رسالة روتاري مصر لخدمة الإنسان ودعم رفاهيته النفسية والاجتماعية.

وشملت هذه الجهود تنظيم ندوات توعوية وورش عمل متخصصة وجلسات للدعم النفسي استهدفت مختلف الفئات العمرية، بهدف رفع مستوى الوعي بالصحة النفسية، وتعزيز مهارات التكيف مع الضغوط الحياتية، وترسيخ أهمية الحفاظ على التوازن النفسي كأحد ركائز الحياة الصحية والمنتجة.

Rotary Egypt’s Mental Health Committee Promotes Mental Health Awareness and Enhances Quality of Life

The Mental Health Committee of Rotary District 2451 Egypt continued its distinguished efforts throughout the 2025–2026 Rotary year by implementing a diverse range of initiatives and programs aimed at raising awareness of the importance of mental health and enhancing quality of life, in line with Rotary Egypt’s mission of serving communities and supporting psychological and social well-being.

These efforts included organizing awareness seminars, specialized workshops, and mental health support sessions targeting different age groups. The programs were designed to increase mental health awareness, strengthen individuals’ ability to cope with daily life stresses, and reinforce the importance of maintaining psychological well-being as a key pillar of a healthy and productive life.

The committee also focused on combating the social stigma associated with mental health issues and encouraging individuals to seek professional support when needed. In addition, it promoted a culture of acceptance, understanding, community well-being, and positive mental health.

‎لجنة الأمومة والطفولة تقود جهودًا رائدة لتعزيز صحة الأم والطفل وبناء مستقبل أكثر ازدهارًا

واصلت لجنة الأمومة والطفولة بالمنطقة الروتارية 2451 مصر جهودها المتميزة خلال العام الروتاري 2025-2026، من خلال تنفيذ العديد من المبادرات والمشروعات الهادفة إلى دعم صحة الأم والطفل، وتحسين جودة الرعاية الصحية المقدمة لهما في مختلف المحافظات.

وشملت أنشطة اللجنة تنظيم القوافل الطبية، وحملات التوعية الصحية والتغذوية، وبرامج المتابعة والرعاية للأمهات والأطفال في مختلف المراحل العمرية، بما يسهم في رفع مستوى الوعي الصحي وتحسين جودة الحياة للأسر المستفيدة.

Maternal and Child Health Committee Leads Pioneering Efforts to Improve Family Health and Build a More Prosperous Future

The Maternal and Child Health Committee of Rotary District 2451 Egypt continued its outstanding efforts throughout the 2025–2026 Rotary year by implementing a wide range of initiatives and projects aimed at supporting maternal and child health and enhancing the quality of healthcare services across various governorates.

The committee’s activities included organizing medical convoys, health and nutrition awareness campaigns, and follow-up and care programs for mothers and children at different stages of life. These efforts contributed to raising health awareness and improving the quality of life for beneficiary families.

The committee also focused on promoting preventive healthcare practices and highlighting the importance of routine vaccinations and proper nutrition, while reinforcing the role of the family as the foundation of a healthy, safe, and sustainable society.
